The training invited Gu Yan, a first-class researcher from the 8th Division of the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, and Hu Yongming, one of the main drafters of the "Security Service Management System Requirements and Use Guide" (National Standard), to give lectures. A total of more than 340 people participated in the training, including the public security detachment of the state and municipal public security bureaus, the security supervision police of the county (city, district) public security bureaus where the state and city governments are located, and the main persons in charge of the province's security companies.
Zhou Yanfang, Director of the Security Work Guidance Division of the Public Security Management Corps of the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department, presided over the opening ceremony. Li Hua, a second-level inspector of the Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department and member of the Party Committee of the Public Security Management Corps, attended the opening ceremony and made a mobilization speech. After the training, the teaching experts also went to Kunming Security Association to conduct research and guidance.
