Kunming Security Association organizes training on the new "Company Law"
On March 14, 2024, the Association invited Duan Biaoyong, deputy director of Yunnan Quzhi Law firm, to discuss a series of issues in the implementation of the new Company Law, including the coping strategy of the company's five-year subscription of registered capital, the operation method of the company's simple capital reduction, the assumption of personal responsibility when the shareholder's capital contribution is accelerated, how to protect the registered legal representative, how to prevent risks in the husband-and-wife shop company, how to check the accounting books of minority shareholders, the possibility of litigation on behalf of the company without official seal, and the cancellation method of the company's resolution, etc., through case analysis and practical operation guidance, for more than 40 member units of the legal representative to explain in detail. All the participants said that the training was rich in content and effective, which had practical guiding significance for enterprise operation and management.
