In order to conscientiously implement the Ministry of Public Security's "Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Joint Service Linkage of Police Work and the Security Industry to Strengthen the Overall Prevention and Control of Social Security", on the afternoon of February 27, the public security organs of Yunnan Province and Kunming City organized the "Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department's Implementation Opinions on Deepening the Joint Service Linkage of Police Work and the Security Industry" at the Kunming Security Association. Finally, Director Zhou fully affirmed the efforts made by the city's security industry to participate in mass prevention and control and the joint logistics of police and security, and the provincial public security department will deepen the constructive opinions and suggestions put forward by everyone in guiding the joint logistics work of the whole province. At the same time, Director Zhou also put forward clear requirements on how to promote the implementation of the work: First, all security companies must have the courage to assume social responsibilities and earnestly implement the overall requirements of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Public Security Department and the Municipal Bureau Party Committee for the joint work of police and security., To establish the concept of "there is a position", regard challenges as opportunities, give full play to the subjective initiative of enterprises, and actively explore new ways of civil air defense, and strive to make their due contributions to the stability of public order. Second, the leaders of security enterprises and associations must stand high and look far away, take the initiative, strengthen the foundation, enhance their ability, strengthen publicity and launch, and carry out their work creatively. Third, public security organs at all levels should further straighten out and improve relevant systems and mechanisms, explore and study together with security associations and security enterprises, take practical policies and make practical measures, and earnestly grasp the joint logistics work between police work and the security industry to achieve results. The public security organs of all prefectures (cities) in the province should select 1 to 2 counties (districts, cities) and police stations as pilot projects, constantly sum up experience and practices, and comprehensively promote them throughout the province.
