Participants first watched the "Short Film on the Work of Kunming Security Association in 2023" and comprehensively reviewed the construction and development of the Security Association in 2023, participation in important activities, competition and group standard formulation. President Zhu Junkun emphasized the work of the Association in 2024 from four aspects:

First, pay close attention to theoretical research and practical discussion. The key point is to organize and complete the whole process of "Security Code for large-scale Mass activities in Kunming" (group standard), "Security Code for Primary and Middle School Campus in Kunming" (group standard) and "Security Code for Urban residential areas in Kunming" (group standard) in accordance with the "measures for the Management of Group Standards of Kunming Security Association (trial). At the same time, it is actively planning to hold a "Belt and Road Initiative" security forum to effectively promote security enterprises to go abroad and serve foreign Chinese-funded enterprises and institutions stationed abroad.

The second is to highlight the implementation of key tasks. Work with the municipal public security organs to implement effective "joint inspections" for various security companies, service outlets and owner units in the city; plan to build a security sharing platform in Kunming to further promote and enhance the city's police and security linkage effectiveness; plan to cooperate with universities to organize one or Two sessions of training to improve the ability of security enterprise executives; together with the municipal public security organs, hold a vocational skill competition focusing on security inspection and explosion prevention and emergency response organization and command; plan to set up "Kunming Security Industry Trade Union Federation" to smooth the appeal channels for employees of security enterprises. Third, the general trend is to carry out "striving for excellence" activities and typical publicity. We should take various forms to do a good job in the publicity and reporting of advanced models, tell the story of Kunming security, carry forward the positive energy of society, and constantly stimulate the sense of mission and responsibility of security enterprises and employees. During the year, it is planned to organize a training course for the backbone of news reporting, organize the compilation of the annual "Spring City Security Documentary" (2023), strengthen the publicity function of the association's website and WeChat public number, and guide the majority of member enterprises and employees to pay more attention to the association's website and WeChat public number. Invest a certain amount of funds to further upgrade the association's website and realize the automatic switching of "Chinese and English.

Four is to do a good job of the association's own construction. Actively guide the city's security companies to join the association, pay dues on time, and realize "full collection of receivables"; guide non-security companies to join the association, expand diversified and complementary security service models; do a good job in the publicity and implementation of the new "Company Law", It is planned to hold a study and training of the new "Company Law"; actively innovate and practice the exhibition economy, continuously increase the association's own hematopoietic function, and do a good job in value-added services for member companies; take advantage of the key season to enter the enterprise, set foot on the front line, listen to the opinions and suggestions of the regulatory authorities, and understand the pain and happiness of the front-line security staff.

Then, Chen Lei, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the Association, made a report on the work of the Board of Supervisors in 2023. The report mainly makes a detailed report on the financial income and expenditure of the association in 2023 to the representatives of member units. The report is well organized and clear in revenue and expenditure, which ensures the openness and transparency of the association's financial expenditure, and is well received and unanimously approved by the delegates.

At the same time, the meeting commended 46 companies and 107 security guards who performed outstandingly in the association's security service work in 2023. Huang Xuesong, the first-class chief of the Public Security Management Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department, Yang Hongwen, the fifth brigade of the Public Security Management Detachment of the Kunming Public Security Bureau, and Wang Jiang, the director of the Civil Organization Management Office of the Kunming Civil Affairs Bureau, issued letters of appointment to the director and deputy director of the professional committee of the association. The leaders of the association awarded medals and honorary certificates to the commended advanced collectives and outstanding individuals.
