In order to enhance the standardized construction level of member units, avoid all kinds of employment risks and reduce the employment cost of enterprises. On July 6, the Association invited lawyer Duan Biaoyong, deputy director of Yunnan Quzhi Law Firm, to give a lecture on "Practical Operation of the Whole Process of Employee Work Injury". A total of 2 batches (times) of more than 70 member unit personnel participated in the training.

Duan Biaoyong is a second-level human resource manager and a director of the Yunnan Human Resource Manager Association. His professional expertise is legal advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises and labor dispute resolution. In the lecture, lawyer Duan focused on 10 aspects of work-related injury practice in view of the current employment situation of security enterprises and combined with his own handling cases.
