In order to effectively avoid the employment risk of security enterprises, help enterprise managers know the law, understand the law and usage, popularize the knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises and employees. From November 14 to 15, Kunming Security Association invited Wang Zhong and Liu Luohui, two full-time lawyers from Beijing Jiarun (Kunming) Law Firm, to conduct special training on labor and employment risk prevention for more than 80 management backbones of 37 member units.

The training focuses on labor laws and regulations, labor risk management and prevention, combined with relevant practical cases for in-depth explanation, and on-site answers to questions raised by everyone. Through this training, member companies have further deepened their understanding of labor laws and regulations, strengthened member companies' awareness of standardizing employment, improved member companies' proper handling of labor disputes and contract disputes, and helped companies lay the foundation for comprehensive, sustainable and healthy development.
