On January 17, the fifth fourth member conference of the Kunming Security Association and the 2025 "Spring Festival Reunion" was grandly held at the Kunming Daguan Chuanjin Hotel. Zhang Hong, a second-level senior police officer from the Provincial Public Security Department's Economic and Cultural Security Team, Yang Hongwen, the captain of the fifth team of the Kunming Public Security Bureau's Security Division, and leaders from the Yunnan Campus Safety Association, Kunming Drone Association, Kunming Emergency Rescue Association, and Kunming High-altitude Operations Industry Association were invited to attend. More than 160 people participated, including Zhu Junkun, president of the Kunming Security Association, Chen Lei, supervisor, leaders from the executive vice president unit, vice president unit, leaders from member units, leaders from units that received commendations, outstanding security personnel representatives, and special guests.

The meeting first watched the "2024 Work Documentary Short Film of the Kunming Security Association," followed by a work report from Supervisor Chen Lei. The documentary briefly reflected the overall construction situation of the association over the past year, and the supervisor's work report objectively and fairly reflected the use of funds throughout the year.

Subsequently, President Zhu Junkun emphasized the important tasks for the association in 2025: First, it is necessary to pay attention to the implementation of the spirit of the China Security Association's re-election meeting. The focus is to understand the functional positioning of industry associations, strengthen the purpose of serving members, the industry, and the economic and social development, continuously improve regulatory measures, strengthen industry self-discipline, continuously promote market governance, timely propose amendments to the Kunming Security Association's charter, study and formulate member management methods, and actively cooperate to recommend the Yunnan Security Association's initiating units. Second, efforts should be made to promote the standardized construction of enterprises. The focus is to orderly promote the certification of the security service management system, provide consulting services for the certification of the security service management system, and coordinate relevant provincial and municipal departments to apply the certification results, corporate credit rating results, and annual evaluation results of public security organs to the bidding practices of security service projects. Consolidate the achievements of the association's professional committee construction, plan to establish a property management professional committee and a rights protection professional committee. Focus on enhancing the risk control awareness, standardized operation capabilities, and initial response capabilities of member units to emergencies. Ensure training for senior management of member units. Promote the construction of the association's party and mass organizations. Third, widely carry out job training activities to continuously improve the quality and capabilities of the team. The focus is to widely carry out job training activities among member units that emphasize dedication and responsibility, through vocational skills competitions and various forms of training, continuously improving the overall quality and professional skills of the entire security team. Solidly implement the effective implementation of the "Seven Link Mechanism" for police and security joint operations, adhere to the combination of public security supervision and industry self-discipline, implement quarterly "joint inspections" and customer satisfaction surveys, and use the results of joint inspections and customer satisfaction surveys as reference for evaluating security service units. Further increase the efforts to "promote the excellent and establish the good," quarterly commend outstanding security personnel in emergency response and police-security joint operations, and do a good job in publicity and selection of advanced models, telling the story of Kunming security and promoting positive social energy, continuously inspiring security enterprises and practitioners' sense of mission and responsibility. Fourth, effectively strengthen the association's own construction. Actively guide all security enterprises in the city to join the association voluntarily, pay membership fees on time, and achieve "full collection"; actively absorb non-security enterprises into membership, expanding diversified and complementary security service models; make efforts to rectify low-price bidding and pure low-price seeking issues from customer units, effectively addressing various demands of member enterprises; effectively play the leading role of the association's professional committee, and carry out actions to enhance the capabilities of security personnel and security inspectors. Continue to increase the publicity of national policies and the research on common issues, and timely reflect the "urgent, difficult, and anxious" issues of member units to local party committees and government departments, truly putting the needs of member units at heart and implementing them into action. Coordinate the use of the association's limited funds well, implement the "annual budget" and "quarterly report" system for association funds, ensuring the use of association funds is open and transparent.

At the meeting, Zhang Hong, a second-level senior police officer from the Provincial Public Security Department's Economic and Cultural Security Team, President Zhu Junkun, Executive Vice President Yu Fei, and Secretary-General Fan Jingwei read the notices regarding the evaluation results of the short video competition for the 40th anniversary of the Chinese security service industry, the commendation of outstanding units and individuals in the "Kunming Security Personnel Skills Competition" in 2024, the commendation of member units participating in the series of activities for the 40th anniversary of the development of the Chinese security industry and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China Security Association, and the commendation of advanced collectives and outstanding individuals in security service work for 2024. Leaders from provincial and municipal public security organs, guests, and association leaders presented medals and certificates of honor to 91 advanced collectives and 216 outstanding individuals, and the entire annual meeting concluded successfully in a harmonious, warm, and joyful atmosphere.

During the meeting, Zhu Jingyun, chairman of Beijing Huayuan Runze International Certification Co., a member of the National Public Safety Basic Standardization Technical Committee, and an expert member of the National Security Service Standard Working Group, and Pu Li, general manager and principal of Yunnan Jiuwan Vocational Skills Training School Co., introduced their enterprises' services to the security industry and extended holiday greetings to everyone!
