On March 14, 2025, at the 2025 Guandu District Political and Legal Work Conference and the Comprehensive Rule of Law District and Ping'an Construction Work Conference, Li Xinlei, a security guard of Kunming Anbao Group Security Company (hereinafter referred to as "Security Company"), was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Group for Heroic Deeds" by the People's Government of Guandu District, Kunming City, and was presented with a certificate of honor and a bonus.

Time back to 22:00 on June 29, 2023. Li Xinlei, Zheng Shaocang, security guards of the Security Company, and a friend went to play near Wangguan Wetland Park in Yi Liu Street, Guandu District. While taking photos on a relatively remote waterfront, the moment the Mobile phone flash lit up, they vaguely saw a dark shadow in the water through the shadows of the trees. The sense of mission and responsibility cultivated by their long-term dedication to security work made them attach great importance to it immediately. After careful observation and preliminary judgment, they found that it was a woman who was attempting suicide, her life hanging in the balance. The three were very anxious and, without hesitation, quickly launched a rescue operation. Li Xinlei and his friend jumped into the icy water of Dianchi Lake without thinking, swimming towards the suicidal woman, firmly holding her and lifting her up. The woman struggled and didn't want to be saved. In the dark night, the two were fearless and resolutely fought with all their might to bring her out of the dangerous deep water area. Meanwhile, Zheng Shaocang called 110 to report to the police, stayed on the shore as backup, and participated in the rescue on the shore. Thanks to their concerted efforts, they successfully rescued the woman who attempted suicide.
The heroic rescue actions of Li Xinlei, Zheng Shaocang, and their friend were fully affirmed and highly praised by the government of Guandu District, Kunming City. Their actions not only saved people's lives but also set an example for the whole society, vividly demonstrating the core socialist values, and showing the sense of responsibility and selfless dedication of security guards in the new era. The Party General Branch, Trade Union, and the company of the Security Company have called on all employees to learn from comrades Li Xinlei and Zheng Shaocang, jointly consolidating strong positive social energy, and vigorously promoting new socialist moral customs.
