A team from the Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Security Inspection Detachment of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau visited Yunnan-Yingwei Group for investigation and guidance.

On April 8, 2025, a five-member team led by Cui Tongbin, instructor of the Bomb Disposal and Security Inspection Team of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau's Security Branch, visited Yunnan Yingwei Group to conduct research on "How to form new productivity in bomb disposal and security inspection under the new situation and how to achieve high-quality development in security inspection training." Through on-site visits, educational training demonstrations, and exchange meetings, the research team focused on the Group's security inspection education and training system, and put forward guiding suggestions on textbook optimization and innovation in training methods, providing new ideas for improving the professional level of the security inspection team.
Accompanied by Ms. Huang Jianqin, Chairperson of the Board, and relevant department heads, the research team first visited the Group's headquarters and focused on the Equipments display area and the education and training base. During the training demonstration session, staff introduced the Group's security inspection education and training system and the application of the "Anpei Cloud" system. After listening to the introduction, the research team expressed its recognition of Yingwei Group's training system, particularly giving high praise to the integrated training model of "theory + practice + assessment".
At the subsequent symposium, Group leaders introduced the development of security inspection business and training in recent years. As an important force in Yunnan's security inspection industry, Yunnan Yingwei Group has established a security inspection service network covering the entire province and has accumulated rich experience in high-speed rail and large-scale events. At the same time, the Group attaches great importance to talent cultivation and continuously improves the professional quality of the security inspection team through systematic training.
After listening to the report, the research team put forward constructive opinions on the security inspection education and training materials, training methods, and content: First, continuously optimize and improve training materials, enhance practicality, and suggest updating the content of the materials by combining the latest security inspection technologies and typical cases to ensure that training keeps pace with the times; second, strengthen scenario simulation training and improve the emergency response capabilities of security inspectors through practical drills; third, continuously strengthen industry standards, promote standardized development, and formulate more refined security inspection training standards to ensure that training achieves real results.
Finally, the research team emphasized that security inspection education and training is a key link in improving the combat effectiveness of security inspection, and hopes that Yingwei Group will leverage its own advantages, play a positive role, and continuously promote the high-quality development of security inspection personnel. At the same time, the public security organs will further strengthen guidance to enterprises and jointly explore more efficient and intelligent security inspection training models.
Chairperson Huang Jianqin expressed her sincere gratitude for the guidance of the research team and stated that she would actively implement the relevant suggestions put forward by the research team. She hopes that under the guidance of the public security organs, the security inspection training system and security inspection standards will continue to be optimized, striving to build a security inspection team with strong capabilities and quick response to contribute to social safety and stability.
