Zhu Junkun, President of the Kunming Security Association, was invited to attend the Central Lecture Group's briefing on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
On the morning of November 5, 2025, a central briefing session on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Kunming. Zhang Yuzhuo, member of the Central Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, delivered the keynote report. The session was chaired by Wang Ning, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
The report meeting was conducted via video conference down to the county level, with approximately 19,000 participants from across the province. Zhu Junkun, President of the Kunming City Security Association, attended the meeting as a guest representative of the security industry.
