Jiang Feng, Executive Vice President of the Ningbo Security Association in Zhejiang Province, and his delegation paid a visit to the Kunming Security Association for an exchange and symposium.
On the morning of September 16, Jiang Feng, Executive Vice President of the Ningbo Security Association, and his delegation paid a visit to the Kunming Security Association. The two sides held a symposium to discuss issues such as Party building leading industry development, smart security and technology-driven transformation and upgrading, police‑security collaboration and grassroots public‑safety governance, standardized association operations and self‑regulation, security‑force development and talent cultivation, as well as common pain points and challenges facing the industry.
At the symposium, attendees jointly viewed a short film commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Kunming Security Association. Fan Jingwei, Secretary-General of the Kunming Security Association, provided a brief overview of the association’s work in Party and mass organization building, operational management, annual publication issuance, and the production of its annual documentary short film. Jiang Lin, Deputy Captain of the Cultural Relics Protection Unit under the Public Security Administration Corps of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau, outlined effective practices in police‑security joint operations and integrated regulatory models. Executive Vice President Jiang Feng highlighted the experience of Ningbo Anbang Escort Co., Ltd. (a state‑owned enterprise), focusing on how technological innovation has driven its transformation and diversified development—particularly its exclusive provincial‑wide operation in armed cash‑in‑transit services, which handles the escort needs of multiple financial institutions with a dedicated vehicle per trip—and its proactive expansion into emerging sectors such as the low‑altitude economy, security, and fire protection, offering valuable insights for the transformation and upgrading of state‑owned security enterprises.
During the Q&A session, leaders from both regions presented their companies’ strategic layouts and distinctive business models, focusing on common industry challenges such as employment‑related risks, social security compliance, the rising number of labor arbitrations and litigation, and overdue accounts receivable. They also engaged in in-depth discussions on topics like the transformation and upgrading of security service firms and the adoption of a diversified business approach that integrates human‑based and technology‑driven security solutions, sharing their respective practical experiences.
Both sides unanimously agreed to take this symposium as an opportunity to further strengthen mutual learning and exchange between the associations and member enterprises of the two regions, deepen practical cooperation, and work together to promote the high-quality development of the security services industry.
