President Du Hangwei

Du Hangwei, male, Han, from Lingbao, Henan, is a member of the Communist Party of China with a university degree. Served as Director, Deputy Director, and Director of the Criminal Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xi'an Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Deputy Governor of Shaanxi Province, Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Security, and Deputy Chief Superintendent. He is currently a member of the Social Construction Committee of the 14th National People's Congress.

Executive Vice President and Secretary General Hua Jingfeng

Hua Jingfeng, male, Han, from Jiangsu Province, member of the Communist Party of China. July 1985 graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law, graduate degree. Served as Deputy Director and Director of the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Director of the Henan Provincial Public Security Department, Deputy Director of the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, Executive Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, Director of the Inspection Office, and First-level Superintendent.

Vice President Wu Jianping

Wu Jianping, male, Han, from Hubei Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from the People's Police University of China (now the People's Public Security University of China) with a postgraduate degree in July 1985. Served as Deputy Director, Director, and Deputy Inspector of the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, Deputy Director of the Tianjin Maritime Safety Administration, Deputy Director and Director of the Public Security Bureau of the Ministry of Transport, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar, Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, and a first-level police supervisor.

Vice President Zhao Shuifang

Zhao Shuifang, male, Han, Zhejiang Province, CPC member. He graduated from the law department of Hangzhou University in 1984. Served as Deputy Director and Director of the Personnel Training Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Director of the Supervision Bureau of the Ministry of Supervision in the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of Public Security, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the First Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security, and First-level Superintendent.

Vice President Zhou Zhaohui

Zhou Zhaohui, male, Han, Henan Province, CPC member. He graduated from the People's Police University of China (now the People's Public Security University of China) in July 1995 and served as Deputy Director, Director, and Second-level Inspector of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.

Vice President Liu Zhiqiang

Liu Zhiqiang, male, Han, from Ji'an, Jiangxi, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Jiangxi Normal University in July 1993 with a bachelor's degree. He has successively served as police liaison officer of the Ministry of public security in Afghanistan, director and deputy chief of basic work guidance department of public security police corps of Jiangxi Provincial Public Security Department, deputy mayor of Ganzhou municipal government, director of Public Security Bureau and chief inspector of Jiangxi Province. He is currently the general manager of Haian Holdings Limited.
