At about 10:30 a.m. on July 29, 2020, Duan Luhong, an urban management member of the Ala Street Law Enforcement Brigade Security Company, was on duty in Kunchuan Community. A citizen in his 50 s hurried to the duty post and reflected to Duan Luhong, an urban management member on duty, that a man in his 50 s suddenly fell on the sidewalk at the gate of Kunchuan Garden. Duan Luhong rushed to the scene immediately and found the fallen man lying faint on his back on the side of the road with obvious dents and bruises on his knees. Duan Luhong immediately called 110 and 120 when he learned that no one had called the police and called the 120. In the process, the injured woke up and tried to sit up, but could not speak. Because he did not know the cause of the injured fainted, Duan Luhong immediately supported him according to the pre-job training knowledge of the security company, let him not rush to sit up, and at the same time call the security guard to guide the scene, until the arrival of the 120 ambulance to send the injured to the people's Hospital of Jingkai District for treatment.

Duan Luhong, a member of the urban management team, accompanied Master Song to cooperate with the rescue work.

Duan Luhong said, "In case of this kind of thing, the first thing I think of is to reach out quickly and not make the masses feel more helpless when they are weak." Facing the patients who fell down, Duan Luhong set a good example for everyone to learn from.
