In order to effectively do a good job in year-end safety management and ensure the safety of all guard outlets, in combination with the annual safety production work deployment of Yunnan Guoan Security Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), the Company's leaders have decided to organize and carry out "100-day safety without accidents" activities from November 7 to the middle of February next year.

Work safety planning and deployment

This year, Lu Wenbiao, chairman of the third quarter economic operation analysis meeting, stressed that all employees of the company should strengthen safety education and training in the fourth quarter, and the whole company should achieve a safety rate of 100 in the project duty area. No casualties and property losses caused by natural disasters occurred; No theft, robbery, fire and other safety accidents, to achieve zero compensation; The company's project personnel have no work-related injuries, accidents and other safety accidents.

The leaders of the company attached great importance to this activity and specially set up a leading group of "100 days of safety and accident-free", with Chairman Lu Wenbiao as the group leader, Executive General Manager Yan Zhengping as the executive deputy group leader, Deputy General Manager Li Zhengyun, Chief Financial Officer Liu Ji 6. Chief Executive Officer Zhao Yalan as the deputy group leader, department head and branch manager as the group members.

Work safety planning and deployment

On the afternoon of November 9, Li Zhengyun, deputy general manager of the conference room on the second floor of the company, organized a mobilization meeting for the "100-day safety and no accident" activity, and deployed the following working stages at the meeting.

Schedule the deployment phase (8 November -12 November)

The project operation center and each branch company shall, in combination with the characteristics of the task and the service industry, set up a leading group in time, formulate a work plan, and hold a special mobilization meeting to ensure that the thinking is highly valued, the plan is meticulous and thorough, the work responsibility is assigned to the people, and the measures are specific and solid.

Self-inspection and self-examination phase (November 13 to November 30)

Each branch and each project shall, in accordance with their respective work plans, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the areas to which they belong, so as to achieve horizontal to the edge and vertical to the end. For the hidden dangers and problems found out, a list of work accounts shall be established, communicated and reported with the person in charge of Party A in a timely manner, and reported to the company's project operation center for filing.

Implementation phase of rectification (December 1 to December 15)

According to the list of problems, the rectification shall be carried out item by item, and the problems existing in the operation of physical defense, technical defense, fire fighting and duty facilities and equipment in the on-duty area shall be reported to Party A, and the problems shall be handled with cooperation. Training and guidance shall be strengthened for potential safety hazards in internal management, and personnel who do not meet the requirements of the company shall be dismissed. Eliminate unsafe factors and ensure the orderly development of internal control and external defense in the duty area.

Inspection and acceptance stage (December 16 to December 31)

Kunming area consists of two working groups composed of the project operation center and the quality control department to conduct spot checks and supervision on the existing problems. the quality control department inspects and supervises key projects and key time periods in combination with the month-end supervision plan. the prefecture branch is led by the head of the branch, and the backbone participates in the formation of a working group to carry out special rectification.

Deepening and consolidation phase (January 1 to February 18, 25)

All branches and projects conscientiously summarize, evaluate the effectiveness of the work, analyze the gaps in problems, guide the establishment of sound systems and regulations, and form a normalized, institutionalized, and standardized long-term working mechanism for safety management investigation and rectification.

At the meeting, deputy general manager Li Zhengyun stressed that this activity should focus on the following aspects of work.

The project operation center and each branch shall, in combination with the actual work, organize and carry out year-end safety work training, study and mobilization, clarify the guiding ideology, strengthen ideological and political education, widely publicize and launch, clarify post responsibilities, enhance safety awareness and compact safety responsibilities.

(II) careful investigation and timely rectification.

First, it is necessary to further strengthen the detection of problems and hidden dangers in duty, patrol prevention, and security inspection, improve the ability to deal with individual extreme cases (incidents) in advance, and actively do a good job in the work related to the linkage of police and security.

Second, it is necessary to strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers in the guard outlets, strictly implement the post safety responsibility system, carefully check the security facilities in the responsible area, maintain public order in the jurisdiction, monitor the dynamics of the jurisdiction in real time, check suspicious personnel, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of the anti-theft alarm monitoring system to ensure normal operation.

Third, it is necessary to actively cooperate with customer units to seriously carry out the "four preventions" safety inspection. For potential safety hazards, it is necessary to register on the spot, put forward rectification opinions, and implement the system of rectification and reverse inspection and number cancellation one by one.

In the year-end safety management work, the quality supervision department, combined with the 100-day safety and accident-free activities, resolutely achieves "both hands should be hard". For outlets with insufficient service quality, inadequate sense of responsibility, low overall quality and weak mastery of business skills, quality supervision should adopt multi-situation means and methods such as on-site teaching and squatting assistance to ensure the long-term effectiveness of one rectification.

It is necessary to strictly abide by the company's "code of conduct for employees" and the "eight prohibitions" for security guards, the "five prohibitions" of public security organs, the "ten codes of conduct for security guards in Kunming" and the "ten prohibitions for security guards" formulated by the company ".

In particular, the situation of the security team members on duty must be truthfully and clearly recorded in detail. Major situations should be reported to the leaders directly under the company in a timely manner. At the same time, they should be reported to the security department of the customer unit or the leaders in charge of the customer unit, so as to ensure that "major events are no more than ten, minor events are not out of date", and the work should be implemented in accordance with the "three ones" requirements of emergency response.
