In order to implement the provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Security Services, the Regulations on the Administration of the Use of Guns by Full-time Guards and Escorts, and the spirit of the Notice of Kunming Public Security Bureau on Further Regulating the Training of Guns for Armed Guards and Escorts, and effectively improve the post skills and service level of armed guards and escorts, November 9-10, 16-17, kunming Security Group Guard Company (hereinafter referred to as "Guard Company") participated in the "2024 Armed Guards and Gun Training Course for Security Guards" organized by the Public Security Management Detachment of Kunming Public Security Bureau and Kunming People's Police Training School, and completed it as planned Training and assessment tasks.
The leading group of the security company attaches great importance to the construction of "regularization, standardization, standardization and specialization" of the guard team. In order to cooperate with the training on the use of guns and ensure the results, the special management department of guns and bullets is arranged to take the lead and focus on the three aspects of "personnel organization, teaching and training, and training guarantee". First, reasonable arrangements should be made to achieve full training. In combination with the actual work of armed custody, the shift was reasonably adjusted. While not affecting the daily business, a total of 68 comrades from the escort teams from Kunming city, Baoshan, Anning, Xundian and other provinces and prefectures and the outer suburbs of Kunming participated in the training, which ensured the training premise to the maximum extent. Second, the organization is strong, so that hard work. The security guards who participated in the training received systematic training and strict assessment, carefully studied the laws and regulations on the use of guns, and deeply understood the importance of legal and safe use of guns. In the actual operation training, through repeated experience, they were familiar with and mastered the basic performance and use skills of guns. Three is to ensure in place, to achieve safety training. The security company deployed 8 business backbones to serve as security officers. The trainees strictly abide by the training discipline. In the live firing training and assessment, they standardized and completed a series of actions such as gun inspection, loading, loading, holding, aiming, and shooting. Through this training and assessment, the armed guards who participated in the training further consolidated their skills in standardizing the use of explosion-proof guns and enhanced their ability to deal with emergencies.
