In order to further enhance the professional quality, emergency response capability, and safety awareness of the security team, ensure the safety of client units, and improve client satisfaction, on the afternoon of November 23, Kunming Security Group's Fifth Company (hereinafter referred to as 'Fifth Company') organized a comprehensive training event for security personnel. This training was led by Yang Hua, the head of the Fifth Company, along with several experienced security team leaders, covering various aspects such as fire safety knowledge, reinforcement of gate security personnel responsibilities, first aid skills, and anti-terrorism and riot prevention. More than 150 security personnel from the Fifth Company participated in the training.

In the area of fire safety knowledge training, Captain Yang Jianxiang provided in-depth explanations of fire safety knowledge to all security personnel based on his rich practical experience and professional knowledge. He detailed the causes of fires, preventive measures, and response strategies during a fire, giving security personnel a more comprehensive understanding of fire safety. Captain Yin Longcai focused on the inspection and use of fire extinguishers. Through on-site demonstrations and interactive teaching, he helped security personnel master the correct operation steps and precautions for fire extinguishers, enhancing their ability to respond in the early stages of a fire.

Regarding the reinforcement of gate security personnel responsibilities, Yang Hua, the head of the Fifth Company, emphasized the work responsibilities of gate security personnel. He required that security personnel strictly monitor during their shifts, increase the scrutiny and questioning of outsiders, and safeguard the first line of defense to ensure the safety of client units.

In the first aid skills training, Captain Zhang Zhichao provided vivid and practical first aid skills training for security personnel. He explained the process of manual cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in detail, including key steps such as assessing consciousness, calling for help, chest compressions, opening the airway, and artificial respiration. To deepen understanding and memory, Zhang Zhichao also organized team members to demonstrate the operations one by one. During the operation, he patiently guided and corrected mistakes in a timely manner, ensuring that each security personnel could correctly master this important first aid skill.

Captain Lu Guokai provided anti-terrorism and riot prevention training for security personnel. He introduced the types, functions, and usage methods of anti-terrorism equipment, and through physical demonstrations and operational displays, allowed security personnel to have a more intuitive understanding and knowledge of anti-terrorism equipment.

Subsequently, Lu Guokai also organized an anti-terrorism and riot prevention drill. He simulated a sudden incident in a real scenario to test the emergency response and defense capabilities of security personnel. Through the drill, security personnel gained a deeper understanding and experience of anti-terrorism and riot prevention work, and improved their ability to respond to sudden incidents.

Finally, Comrade Yang Hua summarized and commented on this training activity. He highly praised the enthusiasm for learning and professional skills demonstrated by the security personnel. At the same time, he also put forward clear requirements for security work: each branch should formulate and improve various emergency plans based on actual situations to ensure a rapid response and appropriate defensive measures in the event of emergencies. He emphasized that security personnel, as the first line of defense in their jurisdiction, must remain highly vigilant at all times to ensure the safety of client unit areas.

In addition, Yang Hua also emphasized the importance of continuous learning. He required security personnel to constantly learn new knowledge and skills to improve their overall quality and response capabilities. At the same time, training efforts will continue to be strengthened to provide security personnel with more learning opportunities and platforms.

The Fifth Company will continue to pay attention to the training effectiveness of security personnel, regularly organizing retraining and assessments to ensure that each security personnel maintains a high level of professional quality and emergency response capability. At the same time, it will strengthen communication and coordination with client units to jointly promote security work to a new level.
