Recently, Dianwei Security provided efficient and heartwarming services, successfully helping tourists find lost children. This series of touching events not only showcased the professional qualities and humanistic care of the security personnel but also earned deep gratitude from the families.

On the morning of December 7, in the picturesque Haihong Wetland Park, a young boy accidentally got separated from his family while playing by the lake. Faced with this sudden predicament, the boy calmly sought help from the security personnel on site. After inquiring, the boy provided his parents' contact information, and the security personnel promptly made the call, confirming the parents' identity in a short time, ensuring the child safely returned to his parents.

On the same day, at the Haigeng Dam waterfront platform, a toddler accidentally got separated from his family. In this anxious moment, the security personnel collaborated with the police, and through relentless efforts, they eventually found the child's family at the Haigeng Dam boat dock. When the child's mother saw her lost child at the police kiosk, she was overwhelmed with emotion and expressed her indescribable gratitude to the police and the 'red armband' patrol team, saying, 'Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!'

Dianwei Security will continue to be committed to providing the highest quality security services, ensuring that every citizen and tourist can have a safe and enjoyable time.

Dianwei Security especially reminds: During the 'Seagull Watching Season', citizens and tourists should ensure that children are always within sight while enjoying the beauty of nature, to avoid unnecessary risks caused by momentary negligence. We suggest that parents teach their children to remember key information such as their parents' names, contact numbers, and home addresses.

In addition, we recommend preparing an information card for your child that includes this information, along with a recent photo, which the child can carry with them. This will facilitate quick contact with family in case of an emergency. If a child goes missing, please immediately call 110 to report and provide the police and nearby security personnel with detailed information about the time and place of the disappearance, as well as the child's physical characteristics. This will greatly assist the police in taking timely action to quickly find the lost child.
