In order to promote the company's excellent tradition of caring for employees and being people-oriented, establish a harmonious labor relationship between the enterprise and employees, create a good atmosphere of 'wise selection of talents, practical training of talents, and preferential treatment of talents', further enhance employees' sense of happiness and belonging, and fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and dedication to their positions. Recently, led by the trade union of Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd., a home visit activity for outstanding and disadvantaged employees for the year 2024 was organized.

This visit was conducted through company publicity, grassroots recommendations, and departmental reviews, selecting 11 outstanding employees including Cha Yonggen and Zhang Jiasen. The company's chairman Zhu Bangrui led the management team to form a visiting group to Baoshan, Chuxiong, Dali, Qujing, and other places to conduct home visits.

At each household, the visiting group had friendly conversations with the employees' families, introduced the outstanding performance of the visited employees at their posts, understood the family situation of the employees, and presented condolence letters, condolence money, supplies, and New Year blessings.

At Yang Shunsheng's home in Longpu Village, Honghe County, company chairman Zhu Bangrui highly praised Yang Shunsheng's dedication and hard work. He expressed heartfelt thanks to the family members who silently supported Yang Shunsheng's work, delivered the condolence items to the family members, extended New Year greetings to them, and reminded the elderly to take care of their health. The brief exchange was filled with deep affection between the company and its employees.

In Niliwu Village, Zijin Township, Weishan County, Dali Prefecture, company vice president Wang Junjiu and director Lei Jincheng conducted a home visit for employee Cha Yonggen. They expressed gratitude for Cha Yonggen's work performance and his family's support. Cha Yonggen stated: 'This home visit is not only recognition of my work but also care and help for our whole family. As a regional manager, I will work harder, lead my team well, serve our customers well, live up to the company's training and my family's expectations.'

At Zhang Yantao's home in Aziyong Township, Songming County, union chairman Tan Ying and marketing director Liu Rongrong sat around a fire pit with Zhang Yantao and his family chatting casually. They introduced Zhang Yantao's job situation and daily work to his family members, praised his outstanding performance, and hoped he would continue to maintain this in his future work while contributing to the company's development and realizing his self-worth. The visiting group presented condolence items and New Year blessings to Zhang Yantao's family, wishing them good health and all the best in the new year.

This home visit activity conveyed care and concern from the company to a wide range of employees, alleviating their worries and warming their hearts. It brought warmth and affection to employees' families, making the cold winter feel warm. It further stimulated employees' enthusiasm for work and gathered a strong synergy of dedication and hard work.
