"Run to New Heights, Chase the Dream of Colorful Yunnan" 2024 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Kunming Marathon - Yunnan Guoan Security is here to ensure your safety.
At 8 a.m. on December 29, the 2024 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Kunming Marathon kicked off in front of the Haigeng Auditorium in Yunnan. Behind this grand event, which saw 26,000 runners from 34 countries and regions participating, Yunnan Guoan Security Service Co., Ltd. deployed 300 security personnel, working together with the police from Taijiahe Police Station, volunteers, and staff to ensure the safety and order of the third segment of the race and the sprint point of the SCO run, providing a solid guarantee for the safe, orderly, and successful conduct of the event.
Guarding the Glory of the Race, Building a Safety Line Together
After receiving the task for the SCO Kunming Marathon, the company leadership attached great importance to it and established a temporary security leadership group for the event. They closely followed the event requirements, developed a detailed and meticulous security work plan, and held a special meeting to convey the superior security task instructions and deploy work tasks in detail.
After the meeting, General Manager Yan Zhengping led a team including Liang Bo, the Human Resources Manager of Yunnan Ju'an, and Yu Huajin, the manager of a branch company, to conduct an on-site inspection of the route. Based on the results of the inspection, they further improved and optimized the security service plan, ensuring that the work plan was highly consistent with the on-site situation, laying a solid foundation for providing security services for the event.
Ready to Go
At 4 a.m. on December 29, the security personnel on duty were all in high spirits and ready to go. With full enthusiasm for work and a strong sense of responsibility, they dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to ensuring the smooth conduct of the marathon event.
On-Site Security
Throughout the event, the security personnel adhered to the work requirement of 'designated positions, responsible to the end', maintaining order among the crowd on the racecourse, politely guiding those unfamiliar with the road conditions, and promptly stopping individuals who took photos beyond the warning line, fully ensuring the safety of the participating athletes on the course.
The security personnel consistently remained at their posts, diligently maintaining order on-site, showcasing the responsible and dedicated image of 'Guoan people' to the outside world, and building a safe passage on the racecourse.
From the start of duty until the end of the event, the entire security task lasted over 10 hours. During the duty period, all security personnel obeyed orders and followed commands, always keeping the company's core values in mind, fully embodying the guiding principles of 'sincerity, inclusiveness, gratitude, altruism, loyalty, pragmatism, responsibility, and win-win' in every moment of their work. Thanks to the silent dedication of all security personnel, the security task for this event was successfully completed, receiving unanimous praise from the public and relevant departments.
