From the last sunset of 2024 to the first ray of dawn welcoming 2025. Did you notice a group of 'sky blue' figures always by your side in the scene of reunion and joy with your family and friends? While everyone is immersed in the joy of the New Year, 400 security personnel from Dianwei Security remain steadfast at their posts, standing on the front line, watching over the safety of countless homes, ensuring that wherever the public looks, there is a sense of security. They do not overlook any corner or detail, conducting comprehensive inspections at the event site in advance, promptly eliminating various safety hazards, and taking practical actions to ensure the safety of the public and tourists during the festival.

To ensure the security work for New Year's Eve, the leaders of the resort management committee and the resort police station conducted on-site supervision, while Yunnan Dianwei Security Company established an on-site command center. The command center is led by Executive Director Li Weixia as the chief commander, responsible for overall leadership; Party branch secretary and General Manager Wang Xiaoping is responsible for the specific command work on-site. To ensure the smooth progress of the event, they personally went to the site for inspection, meticulously organizing and coordinating various on-site tasks. Additionally, to guarantee the safety and order of the event, a security work deployment meeting was specially convened, where detailed plans for security measures were outlined, and responsibilities were clearly defined for each person in charge, ensuring that all participating departments and individuals understood their tasks, thus forming a coordinated, unified, and efficient security system.

In this security work, following the principles of 'peripheral guidance, line control, key management, and ensuring the center', cooperating with on-site police to guard around the stage, nearby roads, shopping mall entrances and exits, escalators, and key areas to ensure everything is foolproof. Main leaders command from the front, while other security teams are deployed to fulfill their duties, ensuring that every link is implemented; during the event, all security personnel fully demonstrated their spirit of not fearing hardship or fatigue, striving to overcome the adverse effects of low temperatures, and solidly maintaining on-site order and traffic control, forming a collaborative effort in safety protection, successfully completing this security work.

Under the correct leadership of various leaders, we adhered to the work standards of 'foolproof' and the work style of 'detailed, exquisite, and ultimate', through scientific command, careful layout, and strict control. All security personnel demonstrated a spirit of hard work and continuous effort, successfully achieving the work goals of 'four strict preventions, three assurances, and two enhancements', earning high praise and full recognition from the event organizers and the public.
