The New Year's Eve bonfire party at Yunnan Minzu University will be held as scheduled on December 31, 2024. The annual New Year's bonfire party is one of the university's signature events and an important moment to test the security and safety work. All personnel from the security team of Yunnan Yide Security Service Co., Ltd. stationed at the university, under the unified leadership and deployment of the company, worked together to successfully complete the security duty for the bonfire party, earning high praise from teachers and students.

At the beginning of December, the company developed a detailed security plan and various contingency plans for the New Year's bonfire party, and conducted a month-long safety drill for all duty personnel. During the drill, all team members memorized their personal responsibilities and emergency response tasks, with team leaders responsible for the safety of their respective areas. At the same time, a cross-regional coordination mechanism was implemented for adjacent areas.

On-site security management

On the afternoon of the bonfire party, the company's general manager Wen Shaocai, union chairman Wang Zhong, special security company manager Feng Qiang, and Yuan Zhiwei were on-site to command operations. The security team gathered all duty personnel for a final inspection before the party, where the general manager randomly checked team members at various points, reporting their positions and responsibilities to ensure that each member was clear about their work and to reiterate the precautions for the party.

Two hours before the party, team leaders led their respective area members to begin security duties according to the security plan. The team leaders adjusted the security zones based on the actual situation on-site to prevent large crowds from entering, which could pose safety risks.

On the night of the duty, team members remained at their posts, answering various safety-related and party-related questions from teachers and students while ensuring safety.

The bonfire party concluded successfully at 12:30 AM on January 1, 2025. After all teachers and students had left the venue, all team members gathered to report on safety matters during the party, and the team leader led the follow-up work after the party.
