As the Spring Festival approaches, it is an important moment for family reunions. However, for our security industry, it is a critical period with heavy responsibilities and challenging tasks. To create a clean, safe, and harmonious festive atmosphere, we must effectively implement safety precautions during the holiday, strengthen duty preparedness and supervision, enhance our ability to respond to emergencies, and reinforce the sense of safety responsibility and mission among all staff. We must remain vigilant and ensure the safety of all security points during the Spring Festival. On January 18, 2025, Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd. held a "Safety Work Deployment Meeting for the 2025 Spring Festival," attended by 150 grassroots management personnel from the company's management team, functional departments, branches, and regional business units (via remote meeting).

At the meeting, Assistant President Zhang Yongxi read the document "Notice on Effectively Ensuring Safety and Security Work During the 2025 Spring Festival," requiring all departments and points to strictly comply and implement safety and integrity work during the holiday, creating a safe and clean festive atmosphere.

The heads of the first and second business units and the regional business unit made statements regarding the work requirements outlined in the document. Comrade Lei Jincheng, representing the first business unit, mentioned: The Spring Festival is a beautiful time for family reunions, but for us security personnel, it is a special period with significant responsibilities and challenging tasks. At this critical juncture, all management personnel in our first business unit are fully aware of the important responsibilities we bear. We commit to: conducting thorough inspections of security at stationed points, personnel mindset, and safety hazards before the holiday; ensuring duty personnel are in place during the holiday, adhering to the "twice-daily reporting" system; urging all points to ensure logistical support, so that every stationed team member can enjoy a New Year's Eve dinner and warm meals, and take care of their warmth and safety.

Vice President Wang Junjiu deployed safety work for the Spring Festival, emphasizing that all personnel must pay close attention to safety and security work, strengthen the safety defense line, firmly establish "safety awareness, responsibility awareness, and discipline awareness," and comprehensively arrange the duty system and safety stability work during the holiday. Duty personnel must strictly adhere to the duty system, report immediately in case of major emergencies or incidents, and take effective measures to handle them properly. Personnel at all duty points must remain at their posts, conduct their duties in a civilized and standardized manner, strictly follow the "Employee Code of Conduct" and the security personnel's "Eight Prohibitions," the public security agency's "Five Prohibitions," the "Ten Behavioral Norms for Security Personnel in Kunming," and the company's "Ten Prohibitions for Security Personnel," and complete security tasks to a high standard to provide high-quality service to clients.

1. Attach great importance to safety and strengthen team management. (1) During the Spring Festival, various activities are frequent, and the flow of people is large, making the social security situation quite complex. Our security team, as an important force in ensuring client safety and maintaining stability, bears significant social responsibility. Every team member must fully recognize the importance of their work, enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, and dedicate themselves to the Spring Festival security work with a high degree of professionalism and enthusiasm. Everyone must remain vigilant and cannot afford any slack, ensuring that all security tasks are executed flawlessly. (2) Department heads must closely monitor the thoughts and living conditions of team members, timely understand their needs and difficulties, and provide care and assistance. During this special period, it is essential to ensure that every team member feels the warmth of the company and can work with peace of mind. At the same time, strictly implement personnel management systems, strengthen attendance management, and ensure personnel are present and accounted for, prohibiting any instances of absence or neglect. If special circumstances require leave, procedures must be followed according to regulations. 2. Implement security measures to ensure safety and stability. (1) Increase patrol efforts. During the Spring Festival, patrol routes, radii, and times should be reasonably adjusted according to regulatory requirements and client needs, increasing patrol frequency to ensure regular inspections of key areas and points, leaving no blind spots. Patrol personnel must remain highly vigilant, observe their surroundings, and report and handle any anomalies promptly. Special attention should be given to crowded places, important facilities, and critical areas to prevent theft, robbery, and fire hazards caused by fireworks and other safety incidents. (2) Strictly manage access control. All duty points must strictly enforce access control systems, carefully registering and checking personnel and vehicles entering and exiting. Identity information must be verified, and unauthorized personnel and vehicles are prohibited from entering. Personnel and vehicles carrying flammable and explosive materials must be stopped and reported to relevant departments immediately. Additionally, proper guidance and service for visitors must be provided to maintain order at entrances and exits. (3) Strengthen duty preparedness and safety inspections. Increased use of fire and electricity during the Spring Festival raises fire hazards. Each department must assign personnel to conduct comprehensive inspections of fire safety equipment in their areas, ensuring that firefighting equipment is intact and effective, and that fire exits are unobstructed. Any fire hazards identified during inspections must be promptly rectified to prevent fire incidents. Furthermore, fire safety training for team members must be enhanced to improve their emergency response capabilities, ensuring they can respond quickly and effectively in the event of a fire.

3. Strengthen duty preparedness and establish a good image. (1) All departments and branches must enhance duty preparedness, develop comprehensive emergency plans, and clarify emergency response processes and responsibilities for various potential incidents. During the Spring Festival, emergency teams must be on standby, maintaining open communication to ensure rapid assembly and response in case of emergencies. Strengthening the storage and management of emergency supplies is essential to ensure that all types of emergency materials are sufficient and intact, ready for immediate use. Team members should participate in emergency drills in advance to improve their emergency response and collaborative capabilities. Through drills, team members will become familiar with emergency plan processes and learn how to use various emergency equipment, enhancing their confidence and ability to respond to emergencies. Problems should be identified during drills, and lessons learned to continuously improve emergency plans. (2) Departments must strengthen communication and coordination, working closely together to form a collaborative effort. During the execution of security tasks, any issues must be communicated and resolved promptly to avoid passing the buck. Additionally, communication with client units must be strengthened to understand their needs and feedback, providing high-quality security services. All team members must strictly adhere to professional ethical standards, conducting their duties in a civilized manner and treating others politely. Attention must be paid to personal image, ensuring neat attire and proper conduct, establishing a good image for the security team. Team members should provide enthusiastic service to the public, actively helping them solve practical difficulties, showcasing the friendliness and sense of responsibility of our security team.

4. Strengthen logistical support and provide humanistic care (1) Require the labor union to prepare condolence materials before the holiday, with the management team leading the grassroots visits to show concern for the on-duty staff during the holiday. Each branch of the business unit should arrange the living and logistical support for the on-duty staff in advance, allowing employees to focus on their responsibilities and ensuring stability among personnel at each branch. (2) To ensure that the security staff on duty feel the warmth of home during the holiday, and to ensure that everyone can engage in security work in good condition, all departments should arrange logistical support work for the Spring Festival in advance, thoroughly clean and disinfect the cafeteria, ensure food safety in procurement, and provide delicious meals for the staff. For those who cannot eat in the cafeteria on time due to work, meal delivery services should be provided. Ensure the temperature and quality of the meals so that staff can enjoy hot meals at their posts, feeling the company's care and warmth. Departments and branches must strictly implement all company policies, make detailed deployments before the holiday, supervise and control during the holiday, and review work after the holiday.
