Plant a green sapling, build a better future
In response to the national call for ecological civilization construction, we use practical actions to interpret the green development concept of “clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets,” enhance employees' environmental awareness, advocate a green and low-carbon lifestyle, and contribute to improving the ecological environment. On March 12, Dianwei Security Company organized a voluntary tree planting activity, with the participation of the Party and Economic Leading Group, all Party members of the branch, and representatives of mass organizations.
On the day of the activity, the sun was shining brightly, and the breeze was gentle. Comrade Wang Xiaoping, secretary of the Party branch, pointed out that afforestation benefits both the present and future generations. This voluntary tree planting themed Party day activity is not only a practical action to implement the concept of green development, but also an important practice to deepen Party-mass co-construction and unite the strength of the cadres and the masses. All participants should participate in ecological civilization construction with practical actions and demonstrate the responsibility of state-owned enterprises.
During the planting process, the volunteers were enthusiastic and energetic, quickly dividing into groups and engaging in intense and orderly tree planting work. They cooperated with each other, either wielding shovels to dig soil or supporting saplings and watering them, planting more than 30 saplings in total, successfully completing the tree planting task.
The young volunteers participating in the tree planting activity expressed their deep feelings, saying, “The trees planted last year have grown lush and green, and the newly planted flowering trees also stand tall in the spring breeze. The joy of farming lies not only in the refreshing feeling of sweating profusely, but also in the process of sowing hope for the earth. This practical lesson not only awakened our reverence for ecological protection, but also made us understand that protecting clear waters and green mountains is protecting the well-being of generations to come.”
Using shovels as pens and sweat as ink, the volunteers outlined an ecological landscape of state-owned enterprises in the new era on the earth. This "ecological green," irrigated by "volunteer red," will use tree rings as a measure to lay out a poetic and sustainable development background for the future of the "Dianwei model".
