To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building, and to continuously enhance the quality of grassroots Party organization development, on September 18, 2025, the Party Branch Committees of Yunnan Juler Urban Operation Service Co., Ltd., Kunming Ruilian Property Service Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd. jointly organized a collaborative Party-building activity.

This event aims to honor the revolutionary martyrs, carry forward the great spirit of the War of Resistance, and inspire Party members and cadres to remember history, pay tribute to the fallen heroes, cherish peace, and forge ahead into the future. It seeks to fully leverage the organizational strength of Party branches as battle fortresses and the exemplary role of Party members as pioneers, fostering collaborative learning in theory, sharing valuable resources, promoting mutual exchange and insight, and driving common progress—ultimately advancing high-quality development in business cooperation between the two sides.

Secretary Zhu Bangrui introduced the corporate culture corridor, party-mass activity spaces, and more to Ding Xiaorui, Secretary of the Party Branch at Yunnan Juler Urban Operation Service Co., Ltd., and Li Jie, Secretary of the Party Branch at Kunming Ruilian Property Service Co., Ltd. He systematically explained the company's party-building culture, military culture, "wolf spirit" culture, and institutional culture, and also provided a detailed report on the company's future development strategy plan as well as its vision for bank-enterprise cooperation initiatives.

Under the leadership of Secretary Ding Xiaorui, all party members reaffirmed their oath upon joining the Party. The solemn and powerful words of the oath inspired everyone to stay true to their original aspirations, keep their mission firmly in mind, strengthen their faith, embrace progress with the times, and forge ahead with determination.

All staff members jointly watched a special short film commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. The film vividly portrayed how the Communist Party of China, together with the people's armed forces it led, endured countless hardships and dangers. It highlighted the unwavering determination and heroic sacrifices of countless revolutionary predecessors who bravely stepped forward at the critical juncture of national survival, ultimately securing revolutionary victory and bringing peace and stability to our motherland. Through this viewing and learning experience, everyone deeply realized the importance of inheriting and carrying forward the fine traditions of these revolutionary forerunners, integrating the "red spirit" into both their work and daily lives, and cultivating steadfast spiritual convictions.

In the subsequent event, both sides engaged in an in-depth exchange centered around Party building and business operations. Everyone unanimously agreed that collaborative Party-building activities help actively fulfill social responsibilities, enhance the organization's public image and brand awareness, and enable greater contributions to local economic development and social stability through participation in public welfare initiatives.

This joint initiative is not only a concrete practice for thoroughly studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, but also an important step to strengthen Party discipline and elevate political awareness. Moreover, it serves as an effective pathway to foster mutual cooperation and win-win outcomes. Both parties will seize this opportunity of Party-building collaboration to seamlessly integrate Party building with business development, thereby providing robust organizational support for shared growth and progress.
