Paper-cutting Paints the Nation, Tea Talks Warm Up Youth — A Chronicle of Yide'an's "Double Festival Stay-on-Campus" Themed Event

On the morning of October 6, the Wenshan Project Team of Yunnan Yide'an Security Service Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Student Community Service Center of Wenshan College, hosted a themed tea gathering titled "Staying on Campus for Double Holidays—Warmly Bringing the Campus Together." Over 90 students staying at school participated, while Yide'an employees and college community teachers joined forces to celebrate the holidays alongside the students.

During the event, students formed nine groups to create traditional paper-cuttings themed around "National Day" and "Mid-Autumn Festival." Elements like the Jade Rabbit embracing the moon and the fluttering national flag came alive on red paper, as teachers and students exchanged tips and shared laughter. At the tea break, Yide'an prepared mooncakes and fresh fruits, and everyone gathered around to chat warmly. Students even spontaneously performed solo songs and poetry recitations, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere.

In the epilogue, each group showcased their paper-cutting artworks and shared the underlying concepts. Group 6's masterpiece, "Family and Nation Reunited," won first prize, while Groups 1 and 4 took home second-place awards. The remaining groups received third prizes. Yi Dean'an presented the awards to the winners, and all participants were treated to special souvenirs.

This tea talk event allowed students to feel the warmth of home, fostering cultural identity and patriotic spirit. Moving forward, Yide'an will continue to create heartwarming campus cultural activities.
