To implement the company's requirements for the 100-day campaign aimed at strengthening safety, discipline, and work ethic—further clarifying rules and regulations, reinforcing behavioral standards, and effectively addressing prominent issues within the current cadre team—the event also seeks to continuously uphold and foster a clean, upright, and positive workplace culture. This will ensure the efficient advancement and successful completion of all annual tasks. On November 13, 2025, Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd. held a comprehensive meeting on cadre conduct and discipline, bringing together over 100 participants, including the company’s management team, heads of functional departments, representatives from branch offices, and key mid-to-high-level management personnel.

The Inspection Department has reported recent disciplinary violations, emphasizing the need to thoroughly investigate and scrutinize all issues. It also stresses the importance of sternly addressing issues such as inaction, slow action, and improper conduct—taking decisive, no-nonsense measures to tackle these problems head-on. Furthermore, it calls for leaving no blind spots or gaps in identifying potential risks, while closely monitoring the pain points and challenges in enterprises' business operations and development. This comprehensive oversight approach involves "identifying problems, strictly enforcing discipline and laws, implementing corrective actions, and deepening governance" across the entire process.

The meeting organizers screened an educational warning film to remind everyone to firmly establish a strong awareness of safe production. They emphasized the need to strengthen emergency response training—covering fire prevention, theft protection, and other critical areas—to build a robust safety defense system. Additionally, the session focused on job responsibility training and workplace conduct development, stressing the importance of strictly prohibiting unauthorized attendance practices, embezzlement, and any other actions that violate company rules, regulations, or legal requirements.

The Human Resources Department explained measures to prevent labor disputes, emphasizing that branch leaders should strengthen their accountability, master effective communication skills, strictly adhere to the company's "heart-to-heart" dialogue system, and closely monitor employees for any unusual behavior—all in order to avoid labor conflicts and foster a harmonious employer-employee relationship within the company.

Each business unit, based on the notification and case analyses of the reasons behind these issues, has pledged to take serious action against existing disciplinary violations. They will also widely implement cautionary education, strengthen management of grassroots teams, and conduct comprehensive inspections to identify potential risks. Above all, ensuring safe production will remain the top priority—both now and in the future—serving as a robust safeguard to protect customer safety and maintain social stability.

The company's vice president summarized and analyzed recent work, emphasizing the need for all employees to carefully study and fully understand the requirements of the ongoing campaign to strengthen work style and discipline. They were also instructed to promptly communicate the key points discussed at the meeting, thoroughly examine existing issues and shortcomings, develop effective corrective measures, and enhance the team's ability to address challenges as well as elevate overall service quality—ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.

The Chairman of the company, Zhu Bangrui, outlined four key requirements for strengthening work style and discipline: First, strictly adhere to ironclad discipline. The cases highlighted in this recent notification serve as stark lessons happening right around us—deeply impactful reminders that demand immediate attention. All departments should promptly conduct self-inspections against these examples, addressing any issues while reinforcing good practices where none exist. Only then can we truly embed work-style and discipline improvements into our minds, hearts, and daily actions, ensuring safe production and zero accidents. Second, rigorously enforce work style and discipline by fully implementing the "7S" management system. We must cultivate a culture of truth-seeking and pragmatism, continuously enhancing the sense of responsibility and accountability among our management team. Leading cadres should take the initiative to engage directly with frontline operations, proactively tackling real-world challenges. Third, fortify our safety defenses. The "100-Day Safety Without Accidents" initiative is not just a slogan—it’s a critical, non-negotiable goal we must achieve. Drawing from today’s reported incidents and exemplary cases, each department should learn from these experiences, applying the same high standards of discipline to safeguard both employee lives and the unwavering security of our client organizations.

This meeting is of great significance—indeed, the "100-Day Campaign for Safety, Zero Accidents, and Enhanced Work Style & Discipline" is a critical, long-term battle. The company will rigorously communicate and implement the spirit of this meeting, aligning our hearts and pooling our efforts to give it our all, ensuring the successful completion of all annual goals and tasks.
