Following this, Wang Xiaoping, Secretary of the company's Party branch and General Manager, provided a detailed report on the company's revenue performance and team-building efforts, openly addressing the most pressing issues facing its development: the dual pressures of a "labor shortage" coupled with high employee turnover in recruitment and retention; the difficulty of timely payments from service clients due to broader market economic influences; the lack of systematic guidance in skills training, leading to uneven service quality; and insufficient coordination between emergency response teams and public security authorities, resulting in less-than-smooth collaboration. In response to these challenges, the Cultural Heritage Protection Team offered targeted solutions that directly address the core problems—practical, actionable recommendations designed to tackle the root causes effectively. Meanwhile, both sides reached a consensus on establishing a regular communication mechanism, creating channels for seamless information sharing, and implementing a joint supervision and inspection model. They also clearly defined individual responsibilities and set specific timelines to ensure that all proposed measures are put into action and yield tangible results.

This research symposium not only provided targeted support to help enterprises break through their developmental challenges but also served as a vivid demonstration of "police-enterprise synergy and collaboration." Building on this valuable dialogue, Dianwei Security Company will seize the opportunity to earnestly implement all agreed-upon initiatives.
