Zhong’an Security Selected as a Labor Service Brand in Kunming City

To further enhance the work of cultivating and recommending provincial-level labor service brands and actively promote the development of such brands, recently, the special task force of the Labor Service Brand Working Group under the Kunming Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security recommended and reviewed 41 labor service brands for inclusion in the database. Among them, Yunnan Zhong’an Security Service Co., Ltd., the nation’s first “AAAAA”-level standardized security company, has been selected for inclusion in the Kunming Municipal Labor Service Brand Database.

Yunnan Zhongan Security has consistently been committed to safeguarding local stability, building a strong brand, creating job opportunities, and boosting regional economies—thereby promoting employment and income growth for the workforce and supporting industrial development. Being included in the Kunming Labor Service Brand Database not only highlights Zhongan Security’s outstanding strength in the security industry but also marks a new breakthrough for Zhongan Security in maintaining social harmony, facilitating resident employment, and driving local economic development.

01 Uphold Party building as the guiding principle and empower enterprise development.

Since its establishment, Zhong’an Security has consistently upheld Party building as the guiding principle, closely rallying around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core. We have earnestly implemented the Party’s various rules and regulations, ensuring that the Party flag flies high at the grassroots frontline. Taking Party building as the key driver, we have tackled the company’s major and challenging development issues, effectively transforming the Party’s political and organizational strengths into advantages and efficiencies for our company’s growth.

In recent years, under the strong leadership and vigorous promotion of higher-level Party organizations, Zhong’an Security has taken Party building as a key component in driving the company’s development. The branch committee and core grassroots Party members have worked closely together, jointly advancing the construction of Party organizations and the company’s growth in parallel.

To further enhance Party spirit and improve overall competence, the company’s Party branch has earnestly carried out activities such as the “Three Meetings and One Class” and themed Party Day events. It has also organized key Party members to visit revolutionary holy sites like Yan'an and Liangjiahe for study and learning activities. Moreover, the branch actively collaborates with client organizations—including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Ping An Bank, and Yunnan University of Finance and Economics—to jointly promote Party building and business development. In addition, the branch has established paired partnerships with grassroots Party branches in communities such as Sidao Ba Community and Wangjiang Road Community, jointly organizing special study sessions, voluntary blood donations, and visits to comfort Party members facing difficulties in these communities—truly delivering practical results, solving real problems, and showing genuine care for the grassroots masses.

Due to its outstanding organizational development and significant role in practice, the company’s Party branch has successively been awarded honors such as “Yunnan Province Model Party Branch for Standardized Construction,” “Kunming City Model Party Branch for Standardized Construction,” and “Chuncheng Vanguard Model Party Branch.”

02 Strengthen team building and commit to talent development.

As a labor-intensive enterprise, cultivating high-quality talent is not only a powerful foundation for strengthening the company’s core capabilities but also a driving force behind industry development. Zhong’an Security continuously refines its talent-development mechanisms, adopting a “mentor-apprentice” and “peer-to-peer support” approach to identify, nurture, and reserve talent, thereby providing a steady stream of human resources to bolster team building and fuel the company’s growth.

The company has launched the “Zhongzhi Lecture Hall,” inviting expert lecturers from specialized fields to deliver courses for management backbones. This initiative emphasizes pooling collective wisdom, offering valuable suggestions, and driving development—exploring new avenues for the company’s growth through intellectual exchanges and mutual learning. Meanwhile, during the annual performance appraisal and recognition process, the company has introduced two new awards: “Outstanding Mentor of the Year” and “Best Progress.” These initiatives actively foster a positive atmosphere of “learning from one another, striving to excel, and surpassing oneself,” greatly boosting employees’ confidence and determination to “learn, grow, and improve as they take on their roles.”

03 Focus on strengthening technology and promoting business model transformation.

Zhong’an Security keeps pace with the times and is committed to developing and building smart security systems. Using the “Digital Security Cloud” platform and the “Zhu Bangrui Skill Master Studio” as key platforms, we draw on advanced international and overseas standards, introduce and absorb cutting-edge technologies, and transform them into industry-standard frameworks. We are developing new technologies, new products, and new systems, and establishing a comprehensive management model that integrates “four defenses into one.” This approach enhances the feasibility, reliability, and advancement of industry standards, injecting technological momentum into both the company’s and the industry’s development.

04 Polishing Labor Service Brands to Boost Rural Revitalization

The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we must “strengthen the employment-first policy” and “promote high-quality, full employment.” Zhong’an Security deeply understands that employment—connecting millions of families on one end and economic stability on the other—is the most important project for people’s livelihoods.

Currently, the security industry’s workforce is characterized by an older age profile, lower educational attainment, and a lack of technical skills. In light of these realities, Zhong’an Security has developed a comprehensive career-development model—“first find employment, then enhance skills, and finally choose a career”—and is vigorously promoting skills training for rural labor forces, fully tapping into the intrinsic motivation of local residents to achieve prosperity through hard work.

For over a decade, the company has employed more than 10,000 people and served over 500 client organizations. In total, it has helped create employment for over 170,000 people, including more than 3,000 veterans, over 2,500 laid-off workers, over 5,000 surplus rural laborers, and over 4,000 college and vocational school graduates.

 
 

05 Practice social philanthropy and demonstrate dedication and responsibility.

While striving to grow and strengthen its business, Zhong’an Security always remains mindful of its social responsibilities. The company has established China’s first corporate “Veterans Care Fund,” “Veterans Service Center,” “Home for Military Personnel,” “Security Personnel Assistance Fund,” and “Golden Autumn Scholarship,” and has been consistently carrying out charitable activities aimed at helping those in need. It has donated funds and supplies to disaster-stricken communities, schools in mountainous regions, and impoverished areas. The company pays close attention to vulnerable groups, providing assistance and support to families of fallen heroes in financial difficulty, disabled veterans facing hardships, single-parent families who have lost their only child, lonely and elderly individuals, left-behind children in need, and registered impoverished households. Over the years, its total charitable donations have exceeded 5 million yuan.
