To further enhance the overall competence of the company’s security management personnel and precisely shape a positive, professional image for the security team as a whole, we will take improving squad discipline as the key to comprehensively strengthening our team management capabilities. On December 25, Dianwei Security organized a special year-end assessment for squad leaders. Wang Rong, Assistant to the General Manager of the company, served as the leader of the assessment panel. The Party and administrative leadership team of the company was responsible for supervising and guiding the assessment process and conducting the final review and approval.

This assessment focuses on the core competencies of platoon command, featuring several key evaluation items such as assembling the formation, positioning of commanders, and issuing command signals. Specifically, it covers eight major modules: aligning to the right, orderly roll call, attention and at ease, turning in place, saluting and dismissing the salute, standing at ease and returning to attention, marching in step and coming to a halt, and jogging in step and halting. The assessment places particular emphasis on examining the platoon leader’s proficiency in platoon command, accuracy in transmitting commands, and ability to effectively manage the formation. During the assessment, the evaluation panel strictly adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and transparency, using established assessment criteria to assign quantitative scores based on dimensions such as the precision of each platoon leader’s movements, clarity of command signals, and coherence of command execution. All activities were meticulously recorded and archived throughout the process to ensure that the assessment results truly reflect the actual capabilities of the participants.

From the overall assessment results, most squad leaders demonstrated a solid grasp of drill command essentials, delivering commands with precision and vigor, and managing their teams in an orderly and standardized manner—clearly showcasing strong professional foundations and excellent management potential. Regarding the few personnel who exhibited issues such as unstable command rhythm and insufficient standardization in their movements during the assessment, the evaluation team provided on-site corrective guidance and clearly outlined specific improvement requirements along with deadlines for enhancement.

This assessment not only comprehensively tested the platoon leaders’ ability to command formations but also precisely identified areas for improvement, laying a solid foundation for further enhancing the management level of our teams. Moving forward, the company will, based on the assessment results, develop targeted special training programs to continuously strengthen the comprehensive competence of management personnel and drive the standardized development of our security team to an even higher level.
