Zhong’an Security’s First “Most Beautiful Veteran” Recognition Ceremony

To carry forward the fine traditions of the military, highlight the exemplary leadership of role models, boost the work enthusiasm of all employees, and inspire retired military personnel to achieve outstanding results in their new roles, Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd. held its first “Most Beautiful Retired Military Personnel” commendation ceremony on January 8, 2026. The ceremony honored outstanding retired military personnel who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and performance in their various positions within the company. Zhu Bangrui, Secretary of the company’s Party branch and Chairman of the Board, attended the event. Nearly a hundred participants—including members of the management team, staff from functional departments, regional managers from business units, and representatives of grassroots retired military personnel—joined the ceremony, creating a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere at the venue.

The meeting began with the solemn sound of the national anthem. Vice President Wang Junjiu first read out the “Decision on Commending the First ‘Most Beautiful Veteran’ of Yunnan Zhong’an.” This commendation aims to recognize and promote a group of exemplary veterans who have remained true to their spirit even after leaving the military and have continued to achieve remarkable new accomplishments in their new roles. After extensive mobilization, hierarchical screening, and rigorous evaluation, outstanding veterans such as Zhang Yongxi from the grassroots level, Lei Jincheng from the business division, and Zhao Shundan from the marketing and supervision departments stood out and were awarded the title of “First ‘Most Beautiful Veteran’ of Yunnan Zhong’an.”

Among them are veteran team leaders who remain calm and composed, tirelessly leading the charge in securing large-scale events; training instructors who consistently top skill competitions and strive for perfection in their craft; courageous individuals who bravely uphold social stability and stand up for what’s right; elite specialists who relentlessly achieve outstanding results; and seasoned management personnel who mentor and guide their apprentices with exemplary dedication, earning widespread acclaim time and again. As the award recipients, draped in sashes, took to the stage one by one to receive certificates of honor and rewards from company leaders, the entire audience erupted into sustained and enthusiastic applause. This applause was not only a tribute to their past military careers but also the highest recognition of their exceptional contributions in their current roles as security professionals.

After the recognition ceremony, the honored representatives Zhao Shundan and Sun Gui helped took the stage to speak. They fondly looked back on their journey—from military service to corporate life—and shared their insights: although their roles have changed, their loyalty, discipline, and sense of responsibility have remained constant. They now regard their duty stations as new “guard posts” and customer safety as their new “mission.” On the platform provided by the company, they continue to write new chapters of glory as veterans.

At the conclusion of the event, Zhu Bangrui, Chairman of the company, delivered an important speech. On behalf of the company, he paid high tribute to all retired military personnel and extended warm congratulations to the exemplary individuals who were honored. He pointed out that this conference not only recognized outstanding retired military personnel as role models but also served as a profound acknowledgment of the dedication and value they have brought to the company. Retired military personnel are a precious asset and an important talent pool for our company. The loyalty, courage, strict discipline, hardworking spirit, and efficient execution demonstrated by these veterans perfectly align with the professional qualities required in the security industry, injecting powerful positive energy into the company.

On behalf of the company’s management team, Chairman Zhu Bangrui issued an appeal to all veteran employees and staff: First, we must take these role models as our mirror and learn from their loyal character—“a wholehearted devotion forever directed toward the Party.” All employees should emulate them by embedding the qualities of obeying the Party’s command and remaining steadfastly loyal into our very being, translating this loyalty into concrete actions such as rigorously implementing company decisions and consciously safeguarding the company’s interests. We should integrate our personal aspirations into the company’s development blueprint, remain firm in our convictions, fulfill our duties with dedication, and become the most loyal guardians and builders of our enterprise.

Second, we must take role models as our yardstick and learn from their dedicated spirit—“only through repeated tempering can steel be forged.” All employees should emulate the soldiers’ unique qualities of unwavering focus and resilience in the face of hardship, transforming these traits into an unrelenting pursuit of excellence in their respective jobs. Whether it’s conducting rigorous patrols on the front line of security, overcoming challenges in technical positions, or optimizing services in management roles, we must strive to deliver the very best. We should wholeheartedly love whatever job we’re in, dive deep into it, and master it thoroughly. By continuously enhancing our professional competence, we can achieve extraordinary results even in ordinary positions, and endeavor to become industry leaders and key members of our departments.

Third, we must take role models as our example and learn from their strong team spirit characterized by “excellent work style and strict discipline.” We should emulate their sense of discipline—“obeying orders without question,” their team spirit of “unity and collaboration,” and their decisive and efficient approach to work. All employees must lead by example, strictly adhere to rules and regulations, strengthen cooperation and coordination, align our thoughts and efforts toward a common goal, continuously enhance our execution capabilities and sense of unity, and foster a work environment marked by integrity, fairness, and high efficiency and collaboration, thereby striving to boost the overall combat effectiveness of the team.

Fourth, we must take role models as our guiding旗帜 and learn from their sense of responsibility—“In a narrow pass, the brave prevail”—as well as their spirit of self-transcendence. Whether it’s responding swiftly to sudden emergencies or ensuring the successful completion of major projects, they are always ready to go the extra mile, rise to the occasion, and emerge victorious. All employees should emulate their courage and commitment when confronted with urgent, difficult, and high-stakes tasks—daring to step forward, saying “Look at me!” and “Follow me!” They must bravely face challenges, boldly tackle tough problems, and take the initiative in the tide of corporate reform and innovation, as well as on the journey of business expansion and service upgrades, proactively striving for progress and vying to be pioneers in forging ahead.

This conference not only honors outstanding veterans but also pays tribute to the glory of military service. It will further unite hearts, boost morale, and vigorously promote the spirit and vigor of “veterans.” The lofty aspirations of serving the country with dedication will be transformed into concrete actions of loving one’s job and working with professionalism. The rigorous and decisive work style will be converted into powerful driving forces for development.
