To help all employees quickly transition from “Spring Festival mode” to “work mode” and enthusiastically dive into the new year’s work, on February 24, Yunnan Zhong’an Security Service Co., Ltd. organized a meeting titled “Spring Festival Return-to-Work and Mind-Set Adjustment Meeting” as well as the President’s Weekly Office Meeting. Attending the meeting were members of the company’s management team, all staff from various functional departments, and managers at or above the regional manager level.
At the meeting, heads of various departments first reported on the duty and guard arrangements during the Spring Festival. During the Spring Festival, all project sites of the company operated smoothly and in good order. The on-duty personnel remained steadfast at their posts, fulfilled their responsibilities diligently, and successfully completed all security tasks during the holiday period. No major safety incidents or accidents attributable to negligence occurred, demonstrating Zhong’an Security’s solid work ethic and sense of responsibility.
Subsequently, various departments presented their plans for the key tasks over the coming week, outlining the task list and timelines for the new year from such aspects as market expansion, project operations, human resource support, financial management, and administrative assistance. Participants, drawing on their respective roles and responsibilities, offered practical insights and suggestions on the challenges and areas requiring coordination in implementing these plans. The on-site exchanges were pragmatic and efficient, laying a solid foundation for the smooth execution of subsequent work.

After listening to reports from various departments, Zhu Bangrui, Chairman of the company, delivered a concluding speech. He first expressed gratitude to all on-duty staff who remained at their posts and made silent contributions during the Spring Festival, and he praised the departments’ swift transition into working mode and their serious approach to planning upcoming tasks.

Chairman Zhu Bangrui laid out the next steps for our work: First, we must quickly refocus and get back on track, adjust our mindset, unite our efforts, and embark on a new journey with a brand-new attitude. All employees must completely bid farewell to the laziness, slackness, and disorganization that often accompany holidays. We need to concentrate our minds on work, devote our energy to tasks, and translate our actions into concrete contributions at our posts—ensuring that everyone is physically present, mentally engaged, fully committed to their responsibilities, and fully invested in their work. All employees should adopt the mindset that “the start is a decisive battle, and the beginning is a sprint,” taking the initiative, staying proactive, and striving to be leaders in our respective fields, shining brightly and achieving remarkable success in our roles. Second, we must clearly understand the industry’s current situation, confront internal competition head-on, face challenges squarely, and firmly maintain our confidence and determination to break through and drive change. By 2026, we must unswervingly pursue a path of differentiated competition, distinctive strengths, and high-quality development—using innovation and transformation as our driving force, quality service as our core, and distinctive brands as our foundation, thereby establishing ourselves as a benchmark for high-end security services in Yunnan. Third, we must focus on breaking through barriers, pursuing differentiated competition, and achieving victory through unique strengths, thus paving the way for high-quality development. We need to upgrade our basic security services and enhance their quality. On top of traditional services such as gatekeeping, patrolling, guarding, and maintaining order, we must comprehensively improve service standards, service protocols, and service quality—ensuring proper attire, courteous conduct, standardized duty procedures, and attentive customer service. By delivering high-quality basic services, we can earn the trust of our clients. All management personnel must demonstrate the “lead goose effect”—taking the lead by setting a good example, acting with responsibility and integrity. The senior management team must anchor our development direction, coordinate overall operations, and tackle difficult development challenges. Middle-level managers must bridge the gap between upper and lower levels, ensure rigorous implementation, and lead their teams effectively, guaranteeing that all company decisions and deployments are carried out precisely and thoroughly. Frontline managers must remain firmly rooted in the field, fulfill their duties conscientiously, and serve their employees wholeheartedly, becoming the backbone and trusted confidants of frontline staff. All management personnel must embrace a “problem-oriented and results-oriented” approach, daring to take responsibility, excelling in action, and boldly innovating—refusing to shirk responsibilities, avoid conflicts, or go through the motions. They must take the lead in tackling tough challenges, genuinely putting words into action, and striving for outstanding achievements.

Building on clearly defined specific requirements, Chairman Zhu Bangrui concluded by providing all senior management personnel with in-depth and meticulous business training, focusing on the severe challenges currently facing the security industry and aligning it with the company’s strategic goals for the coming year. The aim is to further unify thinking and strengthen the leadership, execution capabilities, and innovative spirit of senior managers at all levels as they confront the intense competition within the industry and strive to break through existing barriers.

Participants expressed that they should take this as a new starting point, adopting an even more vigorous spirit, a more pragmatic approach, and more effective measures. With unity of purpose and shared determination, they pledged to forge ahead with vigor and ambition, striving to achieve a strong start in all areas of work for 2026 and making new contributions to the company’s high-quality development.
