From June 11 to 16, 2026, the 10th China–South Asia Expo was grandly held at the Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. With its large scale and concentrated visitor traffic, the event posed significant challenges for security operations. Yunnan Free Trade Zone Antai Security Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Antai Security”) collaborated with the organizing authorities to carry out on-site security patrols and, leveraging the expo platform, engaged in industry exchanges and knowledge sharing, ensuring steady progress across all tasks.

At the official invitation of China United Network Communications Corporation’s Yunnan Provincial Branch, Antai Security Company’s leadership led a delegation to the venue to visit the “Digital‑Intelligent Two‑Asia: Advancing with Practicality” themed exhibition area. Currently, Antai Security is actively exploring the application of AI technologies, comprehensively launching an intelligent security upgrade and a transformation of its technical‑defense business, striving to leverage technology to drive high‑quality growth. During the visit, the leaders gained an in-depth understanding of China Unicom’s strategic roadmap and real‑world implementation cases across its four core pillars—connectivity, computing power, services, and security. The two sides engaged in thorough discussions on key topics such as smart security infrastructure development, technology‑driven enhancement of security and technical‑defense services, and deepened collaboration between government and enterprises, laying a solid foundation for future cross‑industry integration, resource sharing, and pragmatic cooperation.

While advancing international industry exchanges and charting the course for enterprises’ digital transformation, this year’s South China International Fair has also placed significant emphasis on robust security operations, keeping the company’s leadership deeply engaged. To fortify the event’s safety perimeter, the company coordinated resources and deployed 50 security personnel to maintain a continuous presence at the venue. Over six consecutive days, all team members remained on the front lines, diligently carrying out critical security tasks such as entrance‑exit control, crowd management, comprehensive perimeter patrols, hazard identification, and on‑site order maintenance. During visits to attendees, company leaders also made rounds to inspect each duty station, offering encouragement and support to frontline staff. They inquired in detail about operational progress, shift scheduling, and logistical support, commending the team’s unwavering dedication and sustained performance. They further urged everyone to strictly adhere to duty protocols, conduct their work with professionalism and civility, and strike an appropriate balance between work and rest, ensuring their own personal safety.

On June 16, the China-South Asia Expo concluded successfully, and the security duty assignment was also brought to a smooth close. Following the mission, all personnel assembled for a headcount and then departed in an orderly manner according to the established schedule, with every team member returning safely. Throughout the entire security operation, order remained impeccable, with no instances of personnel being stranded, safety incidents, or any unforeseen emergencies, thus ensuring the successful completion of this year’s security and support tasks for the China-South Asia Expo.

This year’s South China Expo security and exchange activities not only provided a comprehensive assessment of our company’s security team’s real‑world operational capabilities but also broadened our strategic vision for upgrading to intelligent security solutions and driving innovation and transformation in our technology‑based security business. Moving forward, we will thoroughly review the lessons learned from this large‑scale event, continue to strengthen our personnel development and professional training, leverage cutting‑edge technologies to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of all our business lines, and consistently enhance our overall service capabilities—ensuring that we can deliver even more professional, high‑quality security and technology‑based protection services.
