In order to further strengthen and standardize the work of trade unions in the security industry of Kunming, on the afternoon of November 21, 2024, the Federation of Trade Unions invited teachers from the Panlong District Federation of Trade Unions to conduct business training for over 20 union cadres from 15 security companies.
The training focused on a systematic explanation of the operation and use of the 'Yunling Workers' APP on mobile and PC management platforms, addressing participants' doubts and questions on-site. Through the training, participants learned about the main tasks that system administrators should undertake in their daily work, became fully familiar with the functional modules and operations of the 'Yunling Workers' system, and laid a solid foundation for the development of trade union work in the entire industry. During this period, Fan Jingwei, the chairman of the Kunming Security Industry Trade Union Federation, also conveyed and studied relevant documents from the provincial and municipal federations of trade unions regarding the allocation of union funds, the distribution of union funds, and the subsidies for part-time union chairpersons in non-public enterprises.
