How to do a good job in the security team security work, the author thinks that we should pay attention to the following three aspects:

1. foundation should be "solid".

2. information should be "spirit".

Some teams are located in remote locations, and individual security guards are not strict with themselves. They "hide and seek" and "play psychological warfare" with the team leader, and secretly violate regulations and disciplines. At this time, the team leader is required to be sensitive to the information, and to accurately grasp the mental state and abnormal behavior of the team members through various means such as inquiry, observation and investigation, even if all kinds of safety accidents are found, stopped and avoided.

3. solution to be "real".

Some of the team leader to solve the team safety problem, the method is too simple, rough, arbitrary. Although they were well-intentioned, they did not fundamentally solve the actual problems affecting safety. As a result, things backfired, causing the team members to go their own way in action and not obey the command. In this regard, the only way is to treat both the symptoms and the root causes. While using scientific education methods and means, we can solve practical problems in work, life, and family for the team members as much as we can. Only in this way can we truly achieve the system. Implement and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
