Leaders of the Kunming Disabled Persons' Federation visited the Kunming Security Association for research and guidance.
The Kunming Disabled Persons' Federation received feedback from the association and six member units regarding the difficulties in paying the 'Disability Security Fund'. The leaders of the municipal federation attached great importance to this issue and on the morning of December 6, specifically sent Yin Peizhong, the director of the Kunming Comprehensive Service Center for Disabled Persons, and Wang Yanping, the director of the Employment Training Department of the center, to the Kunming Security Association to listen to opinions and hold discussions. Through face-to-face communication and policy interpretation, everyone further strengthened their understanding of fulfilling legal obligations and social responsibilities, and became familiar with the purpose of the national policy on the Disability Security Fund, which is to achieve 'effective collection' and 'effective use', ultimately allowing all disabled persons to enjoy the same 'dividends' of reform and opening up as normal people.
