President Zhu Junkun and Secretary-General Fan Jingwei participated in the National Security Enterprises Innovation Management and Leadership Enhancement Executive Training.
From September 8 to 10, 2025, the China Security Association held an advanced executive training course on "Innovation Management and Leadership Enhancement" at the People's Public Security University of China, primarily for leaders of security associations and security enterprises. More than 190 comrades from security associations and enterprises across the country participated. The training curriculum included topics such as the overall national security concept, new quality productivity and new directions for China's economy, the reconstruction of business models and brand operation value management for security enterprises in the low-altitude economy era, enterprise risk prevention and crisis management, digital transformation paths and practices for small and medium-sized enterprises, leadership thinking driven by "ecological symbiosis and ecological collaboration" to enhance core competitiveness, the art of expression and communication coordination for leaders, and how to open new tracks for security business. Experts and scholars delivered brilliant theoretical explanations, case analyses, practical teaching, and idea expansion, which deeply inspired and benefited all participants. During the training, all comrades were organized to visit the Exhibition Hall of the History of the Communist Party of China.
At the opening ceremony of the training course, Liu Wenjun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the People's Public Security University of China, delivered a speech. Wu Jianping, Vice President of the China Security Association, gave a mobilization speech. Guo Lizhi, Director of the Office of the China Security Association, participated in the entire training course activities.
