Kunming Public Security Bureau and Security Association Jointly Conduct Research Activities (Part One)
From August 7 to 20, just as the "Interpretation (II) of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of Law in Labor Dispute Cases" was announced, leaving security company leaders and their staff confused and restless, the Public Security Administration Detachment of Kunming Public Security Bureau, led by Deputy Captain Jiang Lin of the Cultural Protection Brigade and Secretary-General Fan Jingwei of the Kunming Security Association, promptly conducted in-depth visits to Kunming Security (Group) Co., Ltd., Yunnan Jindun Security Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Zhanhong Security Service Co., Ltd., Yunnan Zhong'an Security Service Co., Ltd., and Yunnan Weitong Security Service Co., Ltd. They engaged in face-to-face communication with company leaders and management cadres regarding the impact and challenges brought by the new social security regulations effective from September 1. They thoroughly understood the companies' compliance operations, social security purchases, service fee arrears, and team morale, carefully listened to their opinions and suggestions on regulatory guidance, rights protection, police-security joint operations, association services, and the selection of security role models, jointly discussed response strategies and solutions, helped companies build confidence, strengthened risk prevention awareness, stabilized personnel mindset, and effectively ensured the safety of one side and promoted social stability.

According to the annual work plan, the joint research team will continue to carry out similar research activities to the best of their ability to help companies solve some practical difficulties and problems. For issues involving top-level design or requiring research and resolution by the provincial party committee and provincial government, the research team will summarize everyone's opinions and suggestions and actively report and reflect them upwards.
