Conference Introduction

From February 18 to 21, 2025, the Second People's Congress and the Fourth Meeting of the Second Committee of the CPPCC of Lushui City, Nujiang Prefecture, were grandly held. As the security service provider for this conference, the Nujiang Branch of Yunnan Guoan Security Service Co., Ltd. had all team members stay at their posts, fulfill their duties, and complete the "Two Sessions" duty tasks with a highly responsible attitude and good spirit. The company achieved the work goals of "zero errors, zero accidents, zero complaints" through a "full-chain, three-dimensional, and refined" security management model, demonstrating the core competitiveness of a professional security team and winning high praise from the municipal party committee, municipal government, and attending representatives.

Pre-Conference Security Assurance - Eliminating Hidden Dangers

To ensure safety and stability during the "Two Sessions," a special working group was established, led by the responsible leader of the security division of the Municipal Reception and Administrative Affairs Service Center, with Dong Hongbo, the manager of the Nujiang Branch, serving as the deputy leader of the security team. The group conducted a week-long hidden danger investigation and rectification action, creating a safety environment without dead corners through "risk prediction + eliminating hidden dangers," firmly ensuring the absolute safety of the "Two Sessions."

Comprehensive Fire Safety Inspections

Joint emergency management departments conducted thorough inspections of the main venue to ensure fire safety met safety standards.

Dual Protection to Ensure Safety

During the conference, the monitoring room was equipped with dual-position staff, and strict vehicle control was enforced at the entrance. A patrol team of seven conducted detailed inspections three times a day. The combination of "electronic fences" and "manual patrols" achieved dual insurance for safety protection.

Emergency Plan Practicality

A simulation drill was conducted for scenarios such as sudden fire, medical emergencies, and order conflicts to ensure all personnel mastered the "1-minute response, 3-minute handling" process.

During the Conference - Scientific Deployment to Weave a Tight Security Network

During the "Two Sessions," the Nujiang Branch implemented a "six-group linkage" mechanism, forming on-site command coordination groups, traffic security groups, safety inspection groups, on-site security groups, emergency response groups, and inspection groups to fully protect the safety assurance work of the "Two Sessions".

On-Site Security Group

Deploy dual-position duty at key points such as the main venue entrances and exits, podium, and voting area, maintaining a vigilant posture throughout.

Traffic Security Group

Using a "tidal lane + intelligent guidance" model, a temporary parking area was set up around the venue, with two dedicated guides to orderly direct vehicle parking and passage, with no congestion incidents occurring.

Emergency Response Group

Three security personnel were arranged to conduct all-weather patrol monitoring around the conference venue, reporting in real-time via walkie-talkie.

Inspection Group

Led by the branch manager, daily "four checks and four looks" (check discipline, look at image; check performance, look at norms; check equipment, look at guarantees; check accounts, look at records) were conducted, issuing rectification notices to immediately correct issues and ensure responsibilities were assigned to specific individuals.

The Nujiang Branch demonstrated the corporate values of "sincerity, inclusiveness, gratitude, altruism, loyalty, pragmatism, responsibility, and win-win" through practical actions. The company effectively enhanced its large-scale conference security service capabilities with its three core competitive strengths: "standardized processes, technological empowerment, and humanized services." In the future, the company will summarize the security experience from the "Two Sessions," strengthen the construction of the "smart security" system, contribute to local economic and social development, and strive to achieve the corporate mission of "protecting a piece of hot land and ensuring safety in the area."
