To promote the spirit of national security, boost team morale, and reach new heights in the new year, on March 1, 2025, at 14:00, Yunnan National Security Group Company held a grand meeting for the 2024 annual work summary and commendation, as well as the deployment of work tasks for 2025, in the conference room on the 15th floor of the Quanjing Hotel in Guandu District, Kunming City. The purpose of this meeting is to summarize experiences, commend the advanced, clarify goals, inspire team morale, and create new achievements. Chairman Lu Wenbiao, all members of the management team, functional department employees, branch company leaders, key personnel from project outlets, as well as representatives of advanced collectives and outstanding employees, totaling 105 people, attended the meeting.
I. Work Summary Report
Chairman of the Group Company Lu Wenbiao, Executive General Manager Yan Zhengping, Deputy General Manager Li Zhengyun, Administrative Director Zhao Yalan, and Financial Director Liu Jiliu took their seats on the podium.
The meeting opened with the solemn national anthem.
The first agenda item
The Executive General Manager of Yunnan National Security Security Service Co., Ltd. summarized the work of 2024 and deployed the work tasks for 2025. He pointed out that in 2024, under the correct leadership of the superior business management department, all employees of Yunnan National Security Security Service Co., Ltd. adhered to the purpose of "serving customers with heart and creating value with actions," enhancing the external image and strengthening internal quality, closely focusing on the development plan and task objectives set by the company at the beginning of the year, and achieved significant results.
However, the company still faces a series of issues during its operation, including long-term overdue accounts receivable with large amounts, excessively high operating costs, and a talent team that does not match the company's development.
In response to the existing problems and work arrangements, Comrade Yan Zhengping arranged and deployed the work for 2025 from 16 aspects, including debt clearance, systematic construction, contract renewal, talent training, customer satisfaction, and party and labor union construction, proposing specific operational and management goals.
The second agenda item
The Executive General Manager of Yunnan Ju'an Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. Liang Bo reported on the work of 2024 and looked forward to the work of 2025.
In 2024, Yunnan Ju'an Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. actively explored the market, developing business from scratch, providing services to 26 clients, and delivering over 2,000 security, property, and general workers, achieving gratifying results. The achievements are inseparable from the strong support of the group company and the joint efforts of all employees.
In 2025, Yunnan Ju'an Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. will find breakthroughs in a fiercely competitive market, combining industry trends, customer pain points, and its own advantages, adopting differentiated strategies to seek breakthroughs in 8 aspects, including market, technology, and Brand construction, laying a solid foundation for achieving the group company's strategic goal of "testing in national security, applying in Kunming, radiating Yunnan, serving the whole country, and moving towards Southeast Asia."
The third agenda item
The Administrative Director of the Group Company Zhao Yalan read the organizational structure adjustment and personnel appointments for 2025.
II. Commendation of Advanced Groups and Outstanding Individuals
During the commendation segment for advanced collectives and outstanding individuals in 2024, the company's Deputy General Manager Li Zhengyun first read the commendation decision; then, awards and a total of 503,800 yuan in bonuses were presented to 16 advanced collectives, 2 outstanding managers, 90 advanced individuals, 1 pioneer, 1 budget execution star, and 10 business development stars.

Representatives of advanced collectives Qin Zhengqing, representatives of advanced individuals Liao Xiangyan, representatives of pioneers Liang Bo, representatives of budget execution stars Wang Xin, and representatives of business development stars Shao Guangquan respectively delivered award speeches and shared their experiences.
III. Unite and Win the Future
Chairman and General Manager Lu Wenbiao commented on the work. In his speech, the chairman fully affirmed the achievements made by various positions in the group company over the past year and warmly congratulated the colleagues and teams that received awards.
Reviewing 2024
The chairman pointed out that in 2024, all colleagues worked together to successfully stabilize existing businesses, actively explore new fields, achieve steady growth in Achievements, while continuously optimizing internal management and significantly improving employee quality, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.
Looking forward to 2025
Looking forward to 2025, the chairman pointed out that the company will focus on core goals such as "improving service quality, strengthening team building, optimizing management processes, and expanding market share" for key deployment. He emphasized:First,Strengthen Brand construction and promotion;Second,Strengthen policy learning and research;Third,Diversify business expansion;Fourth,Strictly manage comprehensive budgets;Fifth,Strengthen the reward and punishment distribution mechanism;Sixth,Implement systematic construction promotion.
Signing of Target Responsibility Letters
In order to further consolidate and develop the company's management and operational results, striving to build a first-class enterprise in the province and a nationally renowned enterprise, encouraging employees to take on heavy responsibilities, the company has formulated new annual operational and management goals. Yan Zhengping and 14 department heads signed the 2025 Target Responsibility Letters on site.
At the end of the meeting, all employees stood up and sang "The Song of China Security" together.
The meeting was not only a summary and review of the work of the past year but also a new starting point for Yunnan National Security Group Company to move towards 2025. We firmly believe that in the new year, with the joint efforts of all employees, the company will achieve even more brilliant achievements.
