To comprehensively enhance the company’s compliance management capabilities and strengthen the risk prevention and control skills of leading cadres as well as their ability to govern enterprises in accordance with the law, Kunming Security Group successfully held a “Special Training on Corporate Compliance Management” from December 15 to 19, 2025, at Central South University in Hunan Province. Participants included heads of various departments, heads of subsidiaries and branch companies, representatives from supervised enterprises, and key business personnel.

This training session focuses on the systematic requirements for corporate compliance management in the new era. The curriculum is scientifically designed, rich in content, and features diverse formats. The training has invited renowned experts and scholars from fields such as macroeconomics, corporate management, Party history and Party building, financial risk control, and compliance practice to deliver specialized lectures. The course covers key topics including “Macroeconomic Trends and Industrial Opportunities in the Stage of High-Quality Development,” “Zeng Guofan’s Business Strategies and Leadership Wisdom,” “New Thinking on Corporate Operations in the Digital and Intelligent Era,” “Investment Decision-Making and Risk Management,” “Understanding the Role of Middle-Level Managers and Self-Management,” and “Practical Aspects of Corporate Compliance.” In addition, the training program organized a field trip for participants to Jinlong Cable Group for an exchange of Party-building experiences, and also included visits to historical sites such as the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong in Shaoshan and the former residence of Comrade Liu Shaoqi, providing participants with immersive red-themed education that further refines their original aspirations and missions and strengthens their sense of responsibility.

Through a variety of formats—including specialized lectures, case studies, and on-site instruction—participants systematically learned cutting-edge theories and practical approaches to compliance management, deepening their understanding of the importance and urgency of building a robust compliance framework. During the training, participants strictly adhered to discipline and engaged earnestly in their studies, demonstrating the excellent spirit and rigorous academic attitude characteristic of Kunming security personnel.

At the closing ceremony, Wu Xiumin, a member of the Party Committee, director, and deputy general manager of Kunming Security Group, emphasized that all participants should take this training as a new starting point, continuously strengthen their learning of compliance knowledge, effectively translate the outcomes of the training into practical capabilities for driving their work, and actively strive to become advocates, practitioners, and promoters of a compliance culture, thereby laying a solid compliance foundation for the company’s achievement of higher-quality and more sustainable development.
