This concert is large-scale and highly popular. Xingyao Stadium features concentrated entrances and exits, significant elevation differences in the stands, and a road network around the venue that easily becomes congested during peak hours. Coupled with the fans’ enthusiastic emotions and strong desire for interaction, the challenges to safety management have significantly increased. To precisely address these pain points, the Kunming Security Group conducted comprehensive risk assessments well in advance and developed a specialized security assurance system: The security plan for large-scale events clearly outlines a multi-dimensional prevention and control approach—“zonal management, fixed-post duty, and mobile patrols”—and, based on the venue’s layout, meticulously designs security checkpoint configurations and deploys security forces to key areas.
