Caring for Frontline Staff, Warming Employees’ Hearts | Zhong’an Security Launches 2026 Spring Festival Care Initiative

To enhance team cohesion and unity and to put into practice Zhong’an Security’s corporate culture of “people-oriented and employee-centered,” starting February 10, 2026, Yunnan Zhong’an Security Service Co., Ltd. will launch a Spring Festival employee care initiative and conduct safety inspections. Building on the foundation of conducting safety checks and providing supervision at each branch location, the company will extend its care and New Year greetings to frontline team members.

 

The condolence activity provided grassroots employees with Spring Festival supplies such as fruits and food gift boxes. It also involved on-site inspections at the front lines to check the implementation of grassroots work arrangements and extended respect and greetings to team members who remained on duty during the Spring Festival. The activity further included an understanding of the status of frontline patrols, on-duty shifts, and standby readiness.

 

Every time the condolence team visits a grassroots branch, they take detailed stock of the team members’ work and living conditions, fully recognizing their dedication to the company’s development. They also urge the team members to firmly uphold the awareness that “we must remain vigilant even in times of peace and keep our worries in mind even when things are stable,” and to approach their work with a strong sense of responsibility, mission, and enthusiasm. They should strictly follow the requirements of the provincial and municipal regulatory authorities as well as the company’s own guidelines, thoroughly carry out pre-holiday safety hazard inspections, implement rigorous safety management during the holiday period, and earnestly put into practice the preventive measures outlined in the company’s notice on pre-holiday security and protection work, thereby successfully completing all security and protection tasks during the Spring Festival.

During the visit of condolence, the company’s management team repeatedly emphasized the importance of making reasonable arrangements for on-duty and standby shifts during the holiday period, ensuring that every post is adequately staffed without any gaps or omissions. Security duties must be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements of the client units and the company’s internal regulations. Following the company’s “warm-hearted and comforting” principle, we should make advance plans and fully prepare the logistical support to ensure that team members on duty during the Spring Festival can enjoy the New Year’s Eve dinner together.
