Time flies, and the seasons pass swiftly; ten years of pioneering efforts and painstaking dedication have come to an end. On February 11, 2026, the Yunnan Guoan Group held a grand ceremony—the 2025 Work Summary and Recognition Conference, along with the Spring Festival Gala—titled “Ten Years of Forging Shields, Gathering Strength to Set Sail,” at the multi-functional hall on the first floor of the Taili Hotel. All functional staff members and outstanding employee representatives from various projects gathered together to look back on their hard work and achievements in 2025, pay tribute to their steadfast commitment and sense of responsibility over the past decade, celebrate the arrival of the New Year together, and jointly chart a course for future development.

At 1:00 p.m., the annual meeting officially kicked off, filling every corner of the venue with a warm yet solemn atmosphere. The honored individuals lined up neatly in the parking lot, where Project Manager Zhang Lei uniformly presented them with sashes and red flowers. They were then divided into groups and assigned group leaders. Each piece of decoration carried profound honor and recognition, and every upright figure embodied the spirit and vigor of Guoan employees.
At the entrance of the first-floor venue, warm red scarves fluttered gently. Staff members carefully handed out New Year’s greetings and lucky draw tickets to each attendee—whether they were distinguished pioneers honored for their achievements or unsung heroes quietly persevering through challenges, everyone felt the warmth of the Guoan family in this moment. Everyone signed in in an orderly manner, exchanged friendly greetings, enthusiastically shared their past accomplishments, and eagerly looked forward to a bright new year. The entire scene was filled with an atmosphere of reunion and forward momentum.
Summarizing and Commending: Paying Tribute to the Journey of Struggle
At 2:00 p.m., the 2025 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference officially began. Before the meeting, staff members rigorously enforced discipline and carefully arranged seating to ensure the smooth progress of the conference. Accompanied by rousing music, all participants stood up and sang the National Anthem of the People’s Republic of China. Their voices were clear and powerful, radiating an inspiring spirit that united all national security personnel in their deep love for the country and the enterprise, as well as their determination to strive boldly and take the lead.
Work Summary for the Past Year
First, Executive General Manager Yan Zhengping delivered the 2025 work report, comprehensively reviewing the company’s remarkable achievements over the past year in all areas of operation, deeply analyzing existing shortcomings in our development, and clearly outlining the 2026 work objectives and direction for future growth. This provided all employees with a clear path forward and injected them with renewed motivation to move ahead.
Subsequently, Deputy General Manager Li Zhengyun read out the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Teams and Individuals for Their Remarkable Performance in 2025.” Behind each honor lies the unwavering dedication and tireless efforts of countless national security personnel day after day. Each exemplary figure serves as a role model for all employees to learn from. During the commendation ceremony, ceremonial staff carefully presented certificates, cash awards, medals, and trophies in an orderly manner. The awarding process was solemn and well-organized, accompanied by continuous applause.
Commendation of Advanced Groups and Individuals
The awards—including the Advanced Collective Award, Outstanding Core Staff Award, Outstanding Employee Award, Pragmatic and Diligent Action Award, Overcoming Difficulties Award, Budget Execution Star Award, and Business Development Award—were presented one after another. The honored individuals took to the stage in groups to receive their awards, earning recognition from the company and the respect of all their colleagues. Among them, 18 members of the Advanced Collective, 25 Outstanding Core Staff, and 40 Outstanding Employees took to the stage in an orderly manner. Each group displayed perfect unity and cohesion, and every face beamed with pride and glory.
After the awards ceremony, Zhang Xing, representative of the outstanding team; Zhang Xianshu, representative of the outstanding employee; and Liang Bo, representative of the “Budget Execution Star,” took to the stage one after another to deliver speeches, sharing their experiences and insights from work, expressing their gratitude toward the company, and reaffirming their firm determination to remain committed to their posts and achieve even greater success in the coming year. Their speeches were simple yet heartfelt, inspiring and motivating, and resonated deeply with everyone present.
Ten years together—grateful for the journey we’ve shared. At the conference, a special tribute session was dedicated to recognizing our core employees who have been with the company for over ten years. Chairman Lu Wenbiao presented commemorative trophies to six core employees—including Li Zhengyun, Yang Jianwei, and Wang Xin—who have served the company for more than a decade, and posed for a group photo to honor their unwavering loyalty and dedication over the past ten years. These employees have weathered both good times and tough challenges alongside the company, growing side by side with it. With their practical actions, they’ve stayed true to their original aspirations, and with their steadfast commitment, they’ve exemplified responsibility and become the strongest foundation of Guoan Group.
The leader delivers a concluding speech.
Fan Jingwei, Secretary-General of the Kunming Security Association, attended the event in person and delivered a speech. He highly praised Yunnan Guo'an Group’s achievements in 2025, expressed admiration for the company’s decade-long development journey, and offered warm wishes for the company’s future growth.
Finally, Chairman Lu Wenbiao delivered a concluding speech. He fondly looked back on the company’s decade-long journey of development, expressing gratitude for the hard work and unwavering dedication of all employees, as well as for the support and care received from all sectors of society. He emphasized that over the past decade, the members of Guoan have safeguarded peace with a spirit of “forging shields,” and written brilliant chapters through their relentless efforts. Looking ahead, all Guoan employees must take advanced role models as inspiration, unite their hearts and minds, move forward with courage and determination, and together usher in a new chapter of high-quality development for the company.
After the speech concluded, everyone stood up as “The Song of Chinese Security Guards” was played. The song carried the responsibility and mission of security guards, and it also embodied the collective strength of all national security personnel as they bravely moved forward. The conference came to a solemn close, followed by a group photo taken by all participants, capturing this precious moment filled with honor and togetherness.

As night fell and a warm, cozy atmosphere enveloped the room, the New Year’s Gala banquet kicked off with a captivating New Year’s video. Chairman Lu Wenbiao took to the stage to deliver a speech, extending heartfelt New Year’s blessings to everyone. He extended sincere greetings and heartfelt gratitude to all employees and their families, wishing each of you a happy and harmonious family life, smooth sailing in all endeavors, and continued success and brilliance in the coming year.
The dinner party was full of exciting moments.
At the gala dinner, the program was rich and varied, brimming with continuous joy. The enemy-grabbing fist performance, the solo rendition of "Moonlight Serenade" and "Riding a White Horse," were melodious and graceful; the harmonica solo of "Fluffy Flowers" was crystal-clear and deeply moving; the kouxiao solo of "Phoenix Bamboo in Moonlight" exuded a lingering charm. And Liang Bo’s heartfelt lead vocal of "Unforgettable Tonight" was filled with warmth and tenderness. Each performance showcased the diverse talents and positive spirit of the Guoan employees, adding a festive and joyful atmosphere to the dinner.
The lucky draw segment was full of surprises and kept building to a thrilling climax. The 100 third-place winners, 20 second-place winners, and 20 first-place winners were announced one after another, with an array of generous prizes being awarded successively. Adding even more heartfelt touch was the special “Give You Freedom Award”—a paid day off. Each surprise carried the company’s care and high expectations for its employees, and cheers and applause erupted continuously throughout the venue.
The interactive game session was brimming with fun. Games such as “抢凳子,” “blindfolded marching in place,” “newspaper-clamping and cup-balancing relay races,” and “five cents versus one dollar” were played one after another. Employees at the scene enthusiastically participated and actively engaged, bringing everyone closer together amid laughter and joyful chatter, strengthening team cohesion and fully showcasing the warmth and happiness of the Guoan family.

This 2025 Work Summary and Recognition Conference, combined with the Spring Festival Gala, is not only a comprehensive review of our efforts and achievements over the past year, but also a heartfelt tribute to our decade-long commitment and sense of responsibility. Looking back on 2025, we stood side by side, reaping abundant rewards; as we look ahead to 2026, we are filled with confidence and move forward with unwavering determination.
