More than 300 representatives attended, including officials from regulatory authorities, members of the Kunming City Security Association, clients, company management, and selected frontline employees who were recognized for their outstanding performance. The event provided a comprehensive review of the year’s progress, honored exemplary individuals and teams, and outlined a blueprint for future development. With unwavering strategic resolve, innovative thinking, and pragmatic action, the company has defied industry headwinds to carve out new opportunities and advanced steadily along the path of high-quality development, demonstrating the vigorous spirit of a modern security enterprise in the new era.

The year 2025 marks a period of profound challenges for the security industry, yet it also presents an opportunity for Yunnan Zhong’an Security Services Co., Ltd. to deepen its roots, refine its operations, and drive innovative breakthroughs. From a macro perspective, the complex and evolving international landscape is exerting multifaceted pressure on China’s real economy. As a frontline component of social governance, the security industry not only faces mounting pressure from shifts in market demand but also contends with intense challenges such as homogeneous competition, cutthroat price wars, rising costs, and escalating risks. Some firms, in their quest for market share, have descended into vicious low-price competition, leading to a severe reshuffling of the industry ecosystem. Meanwhile, within the domestic market, demand in Yunnan’s security sector is trending toward greater diversification and higher quality, with clients no longer limiting their expectations to basic personnel protection but instead seeking “intelligent, all-scenario” solutions.

At 2:30 p.m., the conference was solemnly inaugurated with the stirring national anthem of the People’s Republic of China. All attendees rose to their feet and sang in unison, their voices resonating throughout the venue and beyond, thereby embodying the indomitable spirit of military‑entrepreneurial enterprises as they carry forward the red legacy and remain ever steadfast in their commitment to struggle.

Amid a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere, Comrade Zhu Bangrui, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Yunnan Zhong’an, delivered the “2025 Annual Work Summary and 2026 Strategic Development Report” on behalf of the company’s management team. The report provided a comprehensive and systematic review and retrospective analysis of the significant achievements the company attained over the past year in areas such as business and operational management, quality management, cost control, risk management, team building, and corporate social responsibility.

Zhu Bangrui reported that 2025 was an exceptionally remarkable year in the history of Yunnan Zhong’an’s development. Faced with a complex and ever-changing market environment and growing demand for security services, all members of the Zhong’an team united as one, tackled tough challenges, and overcame obstacles. Under the wise leadership of Party committees and governments at all levels and with the trust and support of our broad base of client organizations, we successfully accomplished all annual targets and tasks. The report emphasized that in 2026 the company will fully implement the “Breakthrough Innovation, Smartly Shaping the Future” strategy, with a focus on advancing three major initiatives: first, rigorously managing and optimizing existing business assets, deepening and refining our current operations, strengthening our workforce foundation, and providing solid assurance to our clients; second, vigorously advancing the talent-driven enterprise-building initiative by establishing a tiered and categorized training system, with a plan to cultivate 200 mid- and senior-level security management professionals throughout the year; third, aggressively pushing forward digital transformation by leveraging big data and IoT technologies to optimize the “Digital Security Cloud” smart security management platform, thereby supporting our transformation and upgrade; and fourth, steadfastly building our corporate brand by benchmarking against the goal of becoming a “first-class security brand in Yunnan and a national leader,” promoting full coverage of 7S on-site management, and implementing a reform strategy that goes beyond the traditional three-step approach. Every word in the work report was resolute and every sentence grounded in practicality—providing a comprehensive and systematic review of past achievements while also laying out forward-looking plans for future development—earning widespread acclaim from attendees.

 

Commend the advanced to lead the lagging

Setting an Example to Achieve Outstanding Results

 

Comrade Wang Junjiu, Vice President of the company, read out the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals for 2025.” Amid rousing award-music, the awards in eight categories were announced one after another, driving the atmosphere of the conference to one climax after another.

The “Outstanding Employee Award” was presented first. Ten colleagues, including Yao Linsan, Lin Yan’e, and Wang Yugui, took to the stage to receive the award on behalf of nearly 300 outstanding employees. Among them, some have maintained zero complaints and zero errors for three consecutive years, while others have steadfastly held their posts in freezing winds for more than 3,000 hours, demonstrating extraordinary professional integrity through ordinary dedication.

Nine comrades, including Zhang Peiyi, He Yanwei, and Cai Wucui, have been awarded the “Reward for Returning Lost Property” for collectively recovering over RMB 200,000 in cash, 17 mobile phones, and more than 80 items of valuable jewelry and identification documents over the past year. By bending down to pick up what others have lost, they embody integrity; by proudly returning these items, they demonstrate moral character; and by steadfastly staying true to their original aspirations, they spread positive energy throughout society through concrete actions.

Four comrades—Chu Fei, Liang Yahui, Zhang Zhike, and Duan Xiangtian—have been awarded the “Courageous Acts Award” for repeatedly stepping forward in critical moments in 2025 to save lives, fearlessly confronting armed criminals to protect the safety of people and property, and assisting public security organs in apprehending criminal suspects. As their heroic deeds were showcased on the big screen, the audience erupted in sustained, thunderous applause. They are the unsung heroes of the new era, the “safety guardians” of the people, and the finest embodiment of the security industry’s solemn commitment.

Ten comrades—Cha Yonggen, Wang Shanfei, Hu Xin, Zhu Fanwei, and others—have been honored as “Top Ten Security Guards” for 2025. With their solid work ethic, superb skills, and remarkable perseverance, they have consistently embodied the company’s strong culture of “competing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing,” standing out in numerous company-sponsored skills competitions and serving as role models for all employees.

The title of “Quality Vanguard Team” for 2025 was conferred upon nine service project teams, including those stationed at the New Power Building, Southwest Forestry University, Junfa Jintan Garden, the Provincial Branch of the China Construction Bank, the Head Office Building of China Minsheng Bank, the Mudan Sub-branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Yuntou AB Zone of Business Department No. 3, Sunshine Xinlin Community, and the Main Campus of the Normal University Experimental School. The conference accorded special recognition to the company’s branch-level Quality Vanguard Teams. Grounded in professional expertise, underpinned by a rigorous work style, and committed to unwavering adherence to professional ethics, these teams have established deep roots within client organizations and devoted themselves to delivering high-quality services. In their daily on-duty assignments, hazard identification and elimination, emergency response, and other critical tasks, they maintain uncompromising standards, uphold a steadfast work ethic, and enforce strict discipline. Through standardized, meticulous service, a conscientious and responsible attitude, and loyal, reliable accountability, they have comprehensively elevated security standards across all service locations, effectively fortifying the safety perimeter. As a result, they have earned unanimous recognition and high praise from client organizations, emerging as the vanguard driving the company’s commitment to quality, brand image, and reputation.

The “Outstanding Management Teams” were awarded to Business Unit One—Districts Two and Three; Business Unit Two—Districts One and Three; Business Unit Three—Districts Three and Five; and the Project Department of Qujing First People’s Hospital. Since 2025, these outstanding management teams have adopted a holistic, enterprise-wide perspective to coordinate development, steadfastly upholding compliant operations, strengthening internal controls, and optimizing service delivery in the face of intense industry competition. Rooted in political leadership and driven by a military-style work ethic, the teams have focused on solidifying fundamentals, stabilizing existing operations, and fostering innovation, thereby enabling efficient cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. As a result, they have effectively enhanced the company’s overall operational performance and brand image, laid a robust managerial foundation for breakthrough innovation and intelligent transformation, and earned high praise from both the company and its clients.

At the awards ceremony, several departments and outstanding managers were honored with company-wide strategic initiative awards: “Outstanding Mentor” Cha Yonggen; “Talent Acquisition Award” Wang Yuxiang; “Pioneering Innovation Award” Lei Jincheng; “Dedication to Duty and Professional Excellence Award” Dong Zhengmei and Liu Rongrong; and “Harmonious Enterprise Development Award” Liang Yaping, Tan Ying, and Wu Dequan. Division One and Zone Three were recognized as “7S Management Model Units,” while the Human Resources Department received the “Risk Control and Corporate Stability Award.” Division Two was awarded the “Quality Control and Deduction Reduction Award,” and Division One the “Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement Award,” among many other prestigious honors. All winning teams and individuals have remained laser-focused on the company’s core business objectives and committed to delivering tangible management results, treating the company as their home and their work as their responsibility. The awards ceremony specially established the “Most Heartwarming and Most Mysterious Best Anticipation Award,” which was unveiled and presented on-site by Chairman Zhu Bangrui. The award is designed to address the industry’s intense competition and the current trend of market involution by focusing on preserving existing business, capturing new growth, building differentiated competitive advantages, and driving intelligent transformation—all with the goal of establishing Yunnan’s leading security brand. It places great responsibility and high expectations on Vice President Wang Junjiu and Presidential Assistant Zhang Yongxi, members of the company’s executive team. Both executives stated that they would take this honor as a fresh starting point: in the face of fierce industry competition, they will closely align with the company’s development strategy, step up as pioneers and front-runners during this critical period of innovation and transformation, and proactively assume the heavy burden of driving growth. Following the awards ceremony, Wang Mei, General Manager of the Prefecture Branch, and Lei Jincheng, Director of Business Unit One, each delivered remarks in response to receiving their awards. Both provided a comprehensive review of the year’s performance, identified areas for improvement, and outlined plans moving forward. They expressed heartfelt gratitude for the company’s meticulous mentorship and the empowering platform it has provided, as well as for the unwavering trust of our valued customers and the unified support of all employees. The two leaders unanimously emphasized that today’s achievements have been hard-earned and are therefore all the more precious, and pledged to draw strength from them to redouble their efforts and continue to deliver outstanding results. Subsequently, the conference proceeded to the solemn signing ceremony. In the presence of all attendees, the heads of the Marketing Department, Financial Management Department, Human Resources Department, General Administration Department, Supervisory Department, Prefecture and City Business Division, Business Unit One, Business Unit Two, Business Unit Three, and the prefecture and city branch offices took to the stage one after another to sign the “2026 Annual Business Objectives Responsibility Agreement” with Comrade Zhu Bangrui, Chairman of the Company.

Wang Junjiu, the company’s Vice President, signed the accountability agreement on behalf of the management team with the Chairman. Each such agreement is tantamount to a military order—its weight is immense, and it entrusts the critical responsibility of driving ZhongAn’s high-quality development to those who sign it.

Every step of Zhong’an’s growth has been made possible by the trust and support of its client organizations. At the conference, a representative from one of our clients—Mr. Yang Xingcheng, Head of the Security Department at Anning Normal University High School—was specially invited to deliver a speech. Using the four key words “professional, safe, reliable, and reassuring,” he highly commended Yunnan Zhong’an for the security services it provided over the past year. He specifically highlighted the company’s strong sense of responsibility and exceptional professional competence in areas such as branch-site security inspections, emergency response, and security for large-scale events, and expressed his anticipation that the two parties will deepen their cooperation in the new year to achieve mutual success and a shared future.

At the meeting, Fan Jingwei, Secretary-General of the Kunming Security Association, delivered a speech. He highly commended Yunnan Zhong’an as a vital force in Kunming’s security industry, noting that over the past year, despite intense market competition, the company has demonstrated remarkable resilience and a strong sense of responsibility, with achievements that are truly encouraging. Adhering to military-style management while staying rooted in tradition and boldly embracing innovation, Yunnan Zhong’an has implemented standardized operations and become the first AAAAA-rated standardized enterprise nationwide. The company has also blazed a new trail in digital transformation, establishing itself as a prominent hallmark of Yunnan’s security sector. Even more commendable is its proactive exploration of technology-driven corporate development and innovative practices in areas such as smart security, which have provided invaluable experience for the transformation and upgrading of traditional security services.

Finally, Deputy Captain Li Zengliang of the Public Security Administration Detachment of the Xishan Sub-bureau of the Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau delivered a speech on behalf of the regulatory authorities. In his address, he fully commended Yunnan Zhong’an as a benchmark enterprise in the military‑entrepreneurship sector for its vital role in assisting public security organs in safeguarding social order and supporting economic and social development. Specifically, he highlighted the following four key strengths: first, a high political stance and unwavering loyalty; second, a strong sense of responsibility in serving the overall national interest and actively contributing to public safety; third, professional and standardized management coupled with a robust team; and fourth, a strong spirit of innovation and superior service quality. Looking ahead to the new year, he expressed the hope that the company will continue to stay true to its original mission, faithfully fulfill its responsibilities, and fully leverage its auxiliary police functions, delivering professional, high‑quality, efficient, and attentive services to ensure local public safety and earn widespread social recognition. He also urged “Yunnan Zhong’an Security” to strive to become a renowned brand in the national security industry.
