On the afternoon of May 31, 2024, with the approval of the Federation of Trade unions of Panlong District, Kunming, the founding meeting of the Kunming Security Industry Trade Union Federation was solemnly held in the conference room of the Kunming Security Association. 31 trade union representatives from 20 member units of the association (37 representatives should attend the meeting) attended, and the founding meeting was presided over by Fan Jing, secretary general of the Kunming Security Association.

The inaugural meeting was conducted in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the the People's Republic of China Trade Union Law, the Chinese Trade Union Constitution, the Regulations on Grassroots Trade Union Member Congresses and the Regulations on the Election of Trade Union Grassroots Organizations. Introduce the preparations for the establishment, read out the approval for the establishment, review and approve the election method and the director and scrutineer, and the secret ballot to elect the members of the "three committees" of the trade union federation. Finally: Fan Jingwei, Yang Ying, Liang Yuling, Ji Yuan, Liu Lihong, Du Hengshan, Cao Yougang and other seven comrades were elected as members of the first trade union federation of Kunming security industry, and three comrades, Ni Liang, Bai Hua and Wang Liyuan, were elected as members of the first funds examination committee of the trade union federation, liang Yuling, Ji Yuan, Liu Lihong and other three comrades were elected as members of the Women Workers Committee of the First Trade Union Federation. Fan Jingwei, Secretary General of Kunming Security Association, was elected as the chairman of the first trade union federation of Kunming security industry, Yang Ying and Liang Yuling were elected as the vice chairman of the first trade union federation, Ni Liang was elected as the director of the fund review committee of the first trade union federation, and Liang Yuling was elected as the director of the female staff committee of the first trade union federation.

Fan Jingwei, the newly elected chairman of the first trade union federation of Kunming security industry, made a speech on his election.
