President Du Hangwei went to Zhejiang Province to investigate and guide security work

From April 23rd to 25th, Du Hangwei, President of the China Security Association, led a team to Hangzhou and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, to conduct research and provide guidance on security work. Du Hangwei emphasized the importance of adhering to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, thoroughly implementing the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security Party Committee, and using the new-era Fengqiao experience as guidance to further strengthen technological leadership and innovation, thereby promoting the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the security industry.
During the Hangzhou research, Du Hangwei's team visited the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association to listen to a report on the association's main work in recent years and preparations for the change of leadership; they visited Hangzhou Security Service Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Dahua Intelligent Security Group Co., Ltd. to learn about their development history, business layout, operation models, and practical applications; and they specifically visited Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. to conduct in-depth exchanges on the innovative application of intelligent robots and AI technology in the security service field. In Shaoxing, Du Hangwei's team visited the Fengqiao Experience Exhibition Hall and the Fengqiao Experience Public Security Exhibition Hall, inspected the police station and security checkpoints of Zhuji Municipal Hospital and the Hongfeng Voluntary Security Patrol Station, held a symposium at the Fengqiao Police Station, listened to a report from the responsible comrades of the Shaoxing Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Zhuji Municipal Public Security Bureau on strengthening police-security joint efforts, and held talks with representatives of local security companies—mainly responsible persons from Zhuji Anshun Group and Zhejiang Tongwu Property Service Co., Ltd.—to learn about their business operations, difficulties, problems, and suggestions for the Ministry and Provincial Security Associations.
During the research, Du Hangwei gave full affirmation to the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association and its security work. He pointed out that Zhejiang is a strong economic province, a digital highland, and the birthplace of the "Fengqiao Experience." He expressed the hope that Zhejiang's security service industry and relevant units, under the leadership of the Provincial Public Security Department and the guidance of the Provincial Security Association, would consistently strengthen their awareness of opportunities, innovation, and development, focusing on the construction of a "safe Zhejiang," creating a unique path of "technology empowerment, multi-faceted integration, and serving the overall situation," and continuing to lead the nation in these efforts and setting an example.
Du Hangwei emphasized the importance of adhering to Party leadership, strengthening the education of innovative Party theories, continuously improving political standing, and enhancing the political responsibility and sense of mission for security work in the new era; fully leveraging the industry's self-regulatory role, further cooperating with public security regulatory departments to improve industry standards, clarify standards and norms, build a credit system, promote honest business practices, oppose malicious competition, and create a sound market order to support the high-quality development of the security service industry; continuing to deeply study, carry forward, and inherit the Fengqiao experience, mobilizing and organizing a large number of security companies and security personnel to actively participate in police-security joint efforts, participate in resolving conflicts and disputes, establish "minimum emergency units," and always shoulder the responsibility of maintaining social stability and ensuring the peace and security of the people; fully leveraging Zhejiang's economic and technological advantages to empower security work, tap the industry's potential, integrate and intersect development, adhere to innovation, and be a pioneer and innovator in the reform of China's security service industry; and vigorously promoting the new-era Fengqiao experience to contribute to improving the capacity and level of grassroots social governance and building a higher-quality "safe China."
During the research, President Du Hangwei and his team exchanged work with relevant responsible comrades from the Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department. Hua Jingfeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Security Association; Zhou Haitao, Director of the Office; He Jianjun, President of the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association; and Wang Xiaolei, Vice Secretary-General, accompanied the research.
