From April 23rd to 25th, a delegation of five people, including Du Hangwei, President of the China Security Association, and Hua Jingfeng, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General, visited Zhejiang for research. During their stay in Zhejiang, President Du Hangwei and his delegation visited the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association, several security companies, and technology companies. They conducted a special investigation into the current state of the industry and the difficulties encountered, summarized innovative experiences, promoted the transformation and development of the industry, and focused on investigating the development achievements of the security industry's inheritance of the new era "Fengqiao Experience." Du Hangwei emphasized the need to be guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the second and third plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Public Security Party Committee, and be guided by the new era "Fengqiao Experience" to further strengthen technological leadership and innovation-driven development, promoting the transformation and upgrading and high-quality development of the security industry. Zhou Haitao, director of the office of the China Security Association, He Jianjun, president of the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association, and Wang Xiaolei, deputy secretary-general, accompanied the research.

At the Provincial Security Association, the China Security Association and the Zhejiang Provincial Security Association held a special symposium. President Du Hangwei affirmed the achievements of Zhejiang security in police-security joint efforts, security technology innovation, and the development of the private economy, and learned in detail about various aspects of the Zhejiang security industry, including market regulation, personnel competence improvement, industry brand building, and association development. Hangzhou City Security Group reported on its 40-year development history, business layout, and development plan, as well as the platform's technical architecture, operation mechanism, and practical application, detailing its expansion in key business areas such as large-scale event security. President Du Hangwei hoped that the Hangzhou City Security Group would continue to play a leading role in the industry and make greater contributions to the standardized, professional, and intelligent development of the security industry. Hua Jingfeng, executive vice president, had in-depth exchanges with Hangzhou City Security on issues such as industry talent cultivation and technological innovation.

Daha Wisdom Security Company reported on its management and operation, focusing on its human-machine integrated security services in the in-depth cultivation of large-scale transportation operation projects, energy projects, and large-scale security services. Participants discussed issues such as the qualifications of security personnel and security inspectors, social insurance for personnel in labor-intensive industries, and the placement of elderly security personnel. President Du Hangwei encouraged Daha Wisdom Security Company to adhere to the development of high-end businesses and explore the development of rail transit security inspection standards and training programs.

The research team also went to the Haining Security Company's unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) government aviation base, where they viewed various UAV equipment such as UAV nests and government aviation command vehicles, watched pilots demonstrate applications such as heavy-duty transportation and 110 emergency response, learned about low-altitude service models for UAVs in social governance and emergency rescue, and provided guidance on low-altitude economic construction and the transformation of the intelligent security industry.

To further understand innovation-driven development and promote technological empowerment in the security industry, the research team also visited Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. President Du Hangwei was amazed by the application of Unitree's robot dogs and robots in the industrial field, and pointed out that the security industry should also accelerate its transformation and upgrading with technological innovation as the focus, promoting the implementation of intelligent security applications.

Zhejiang is the birthplace of the "Fengqiao Experience." Through field investigations, in-depth visits, and exchanges, the China Security Association's research team fully understood the preliminary achievements of the Zhejiang security industry in inheriting and carrying forward the "Fengqiao Experience".

At the Zhejiang University New Era Fengqiao Experience Research Institute, Dean Jin Bozhong detailed the basic connotations and mass-line achievements of the "Fengqiao Experience" at different times, as well as the institute's exploration and inspiration in striving to build a base for theoretical research, practical innovation, and exchange and dissemination of the "Fengqiao Experience." President Du Hangwei pointed out that the "Fengqiao Experience" is worth in-depth study and is very inspiring. He hoped to strengthen exchanges, impart good practices, and expand research ideas. He also proposed the precise research topic of "Exploring the transformation of the wisdom of the new era 'Fengqiao Experience' into a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of the security industry, and contributing to improving the level of grassroots social governance."

President Du Hangwei and his delegation then went to Zhuji, Shaoxing to visit the Fengqiao Experience Exhibition Hall, the Red Maple Voluntary Police Station, and the Fengqiao Experience Public Security Exhibition Hall, and held talks at the Fengqiao Police Station.
