From April 25 to 29, the China Security Association successfully held the “2026 Special Training Program on Party Building in Private Security Enterprises” at the Jiangxi Cadre Academy. Feng Li, Second-Level Inspector of the Public Security Administration of the Ministry of Public Security and Secretary-General of the China Security Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a mobilization speech, while Zeng Jinsheng, President of the Jiangxi Cadre Academy, gave a welcoming address. Nearly one hundred participants, including heads of security associations and security enterprises from 22 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government across the country, as well as party affairs officials and party-building liaison officers, took part in the training.

Feng Li pointed out that this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the inaugural year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. In response, the China Security Association has made Party building within the industry the primary theme for all its training programs this year, with the sessions specifically held at the revolutionary holy site of Jinggangshan. This initiative is both a crucial step in thoroughly implementing the relevant directives and requirements issued by the Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security and the Public Security Administration of the Ministry, and a concrete action by the Association to uphold Party leadership, strengthen political governance of the association, and enhance Party building across the industry. The security services sector is a special industry that directly affects public safety, social order, and the safety of people’s lives and property; its political nature is its defining characteristic, and Party building serves as the fundamental guarantee. The entire industry must deeply recognize the extreme importance and urgency of strengthening Party building in the security services sector, understanding that prioritizing Party building is not an optional choice but an imperative, and that it is not a soft task but a hard responsibility. It is essential to focus on key links, ensuring that all aspects of Party building—political development, organizational strengthening, management of Party members, discipline and work style, and the inheritance of red traditions—are carried out in a thorough, concrete, and effective manner. Furthermore, we must reinforce accountability, vigorously translate policies into practical results, tighten the chain of responsibility for Party building, enhance our capacity in Party affairs, ensure that achievements are effectively implemented and yield tangible outcomes, and use high-quality Party building to guide the industry’s high-quality development, thereby serving the broader goal of building a safe and peaceful society.

This training session employed a variety of instructional methods, including theoretical study, thematic analysis, on-site briefings, situational interviews, and practical teaching exercises, earning unanimous praise from all participants. Yang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Beijing Zhenyuan Security Services Co., Ltd., stated that through on-site instruction, scenario-based teaching, and red-themed study tours, all trainees gained a profound understanding of the core essence of the Jinggangshan Spirit—“unswerving commitment to ideals, seeking truth from facts and blazing new trails, persevering in arduous struggle to overcome difficulties, and relying on the masses to achieve victory”—undergoing a deep ideological cleansing rooted in revolutionary values and reaping substantial benefits. Li Guoqing, Chairman of the Qinhuangdao Branch and Secretary of the Party Branch of Zhongjun Junhong Security Services Co., Ltd., noted that with 49 years of Party membership and many years of experience in corporate management following his military career, this training provided him with profound ideological education and spiritual renewal. Upon completion, he pledged to lead his company in thoroughly studying and earnestly practicing the Jinggangshan Spirit, further integrating Party building with corporate development, team building, and service operations to ensure high-quality Party leadership drives high-quality enterprise growth and continuously enhances the Junhong Security brand. Zhang Chunchang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hebei Provincial Security Association, remarked that this training has fundamentally transformed and deepened his understanding of the contemporary significance of the Jinggangshan Spirit and the crucial role of Party building in guiding industry development. At its core, the Jinggangshan Spirit embodies unwavering ideals and convictions as well as the original aspiration and mission of serving the people wholeheartedly—precisely the fundamental remedy for addressing the current chaos of cutthroat competition within the security industry. Representatives of participating enterprises unanimously recommended that the China Security Association regularly organize such training programs to encourage large-scale enterprises to establish independent Party branches and small and micro-enterprises to form joint Party organizations, thereby achieving full coverage of Party building across the industry. They also called for the regular conduct of Party-building education and red-themed study tours to align the ideological outlook of practitioners, reinforce their professional commitment, and jointly promote the integration of Party building into relevant evaluation systems, including enterprise ratings, self-regulatory standards, and credit assessments, so as to leverage Party building in driving high-quality industry development.
